Dr. Atti has helped me in so many ways. I feel more capable of managing stress and anxiety as a result of increasing my self awareness and repertoire of skills for coping. I’ve learned how to better manage symptoms when they surface and how to be proactive in not allowing stress to overcome me. Achieving a work-life balance is more achievable now and I never thought I would say that. Dr. Atti really is the best and I would recommend her to anyone.
