This is my third or fourth time and usually they have decent service, but today was different. Granted it’s the night before thanksgiving, but I don’t think it matters what day it is. My friends and I(group of 4) went around 1am and went in for one hour since they close at 2. At 2AM, the owner came in and asked us to leave because they have to close. Then as we were paying, the cashier said«okay we have to close. Can you leave» And as we were leaving he passive aggressively muttered under his breath, «get the f*ck out. Cheap b*tches» as if we couldn’t hear him. As if that weren’t enough, we didn’t even get our full 1 hour. We got 54 minutes. So there. Don’t go here. So rude, damn!!!

When I walked into the place, I thought wow, this place looks really nice and new. But they were expensive compared to other karaōke places, small selection of drinks and snacks and they did not give any service minutes. As a Korean person, I’ve never went to a single karaōke where they give you 0 minute service. Also, I do think they have very bad soundproof because when I went there with my friends, the other rooms were empty and I guess the workers could hear us crazy singing. He was laughing when we walked out. lol. One of the mic didn’t work too well but I think with a little extra work, this place can become good karaōke. Not sure if I will visit again tho.

I had my 29th bday party here and I had soooo much fun. The music catalogs were in Korean and English(I think) and it was hard to find songs we knew but I had a team of people on it. There were 9 of us. The place is really upscale and they are willing to provide you with cups or plate or snacks if needed. I ordered pizza and brought cupcakes. Did I mention it’s byob!!! I was extremely drunk at the end of the night. Yes bring a designated driver. Everyone had fun. Paying was a hard part for me as it was expensive. Do it while drunk lol. Would do it again.

Their song selection is good in that they have a lot of new pop songs. The lights are okay and it’s pretty clean, but I’ve been to better noraebangs that have strobe lights and have better service. Also, it gets really hot in there(their«fan» switch does NOT work). Also, make sure to ask about their 3pm-7pm deal but they have some limits so just double check.

One of the new karaōke rooms that opened inside the small plaza at the end of Palisades Park. It was clean and cozy initially but now a bit worn out in my opinion. They offer small selection of snacks and beverages. My biggest problem is the lack of sound proofing. If I am not singing then I can hear people’s conversations without their mic on. Other than that, they have plenty of new songs including the non-korean songs. So get geared up and sing your heart out. Oh this place is on the second floor and there are parking spaces in the back. Very convenient.
