kinda disappointed that they ran out of boba in the evening but it was all good because their drinks are so good and such great customer service

Came in here with a few friends, and it was a great experience. The staff is family oriented and made me feel right at home. My friends and I all had different drinks, I went with this jasmine green tea, which was hands down one of the best I had. It was a hard choice due to the number of varieties they had. Next time I’m Def choosing the oolong tea. For dessert we had their«kudossant», which was pretty good and went well with their home made whipped cream. I’m planning to be a regular.

Went for the first time yesterday, ended up going back later that day as well. I tried the sea salt iced coffee, their all natural ice cream(so fresh it tastes like gelato), and the kudossant. I probably would have been satisfied if just one of them ended up being good, but honestly all of the items I tried were spectacular. I’ve been hearing great things(by word of mouth) of how good their different coffees and teas are, can’t wait to drop by again to try them out.

Kudo lives up to their 5-Star hype! My family and I have made a habit of coming here once a week for their bubble tea(best we’ve had in Northern NJ) and coffees. Lavender, Black Sesame and Chai are our go-to’s. We’ve also tried a few of their baked goods – all of which have been delicious – and some breakfast items(Kimchi breakfast burrito is awesome!). Their famous Kudossant waffle with homemade whipped cream is also pretty bomb. My only criticism is that they overdress the side salad that accompanies their sandwiches/burritos. Their coffee and espresso is great too. I’ve had the pleasure of trying their Salted Ice Coffee; it’s sweetened black coffee topped with their whipped cream and pink Himalayan salt. The whipped cream slowly mixes into the coffee and makes for a deliciously creamy and unique drink. The staff has always been very accommodating and almost always go above and beyond to make sure your drink order is to your liking. We’ve made plenty visits already but there’s still so much to try. They have a little something to suit just about any customer.

I stumbled into this place a few months ago and I’ve gone back practically every week since then. Their biggest selling point is their quality — they skimp on nothing in this place. After a few visits to the numerous coffee shops that litter Broad Avenue, I was getting rather tired of the often burnt /rushed /overpriced cups of coffee. My experience at Kudo Society was a breath of fresh air for me, and I found myself recommending the place to close friends whenever the opportunity arose. For all who tried the place, it became their new favorite café. I can only speak for myself, so here’s my account of the experience of being at Kudo Society: The first thing that will greet you is the high ceilings and the huge wallpaper that takes you out of New Jersey to Vienna, Austria. As you get your order, their huge cold brew coffee machine will wave hi to you, brewing deliciousness and drawing every bit of flavor out of the beans drip by drip. Their vast menu will handle just about any need you have at a café. Hungry? Try their Kudossant or a pulled pork kimchi bowl. Want a great cup of coffee? Try their hand-drip Ethopian blend(or the aforementioned cold brew) Dessert? Try their homemade ice cream made in the premises. Not a coffee person? They have a shelf full of teas, white, green, black, you name it, they’ll brew it for you in a mini brewer with cups. If you like your tea so much that you want a second cup, they’ll get it to you. Bubble teas are given to you in the cutest containers. Best of all, they have so many menu items that are off the wall — you won’t find the generic stuff here, they specialize in sea salt coffee which hooked me into the place — it’s my 7−8th time visiting the place and I still haven’t tried all of the menu items yet. The biggest selling point for me has been the ambiance — the staff are always holding teaching sessions about coffee; they don’t just brew the stuff, they live and breathe it. The quality of atmosphere, space, coffee, drinks, desserts, snacks are unmatched by any of the other cafes in the Palisades Park area. I love finding hole in the wall places like this, and I look forward to the next time I visit for the next item on the menu I haven’t tried yet. I have rather high standards, but the place has never been a miss for me in any of my visits so far — I look forward to the next thing I’ll get to try on their menu, knowing that the quality of the item is nothing less than assured.

Im sold to Kudo Society. This family run local coffee house/bistro is right down the block from King Spa. It is a perfect place to refuel after a long relaxing day in the sauna. The open space has high ceilings and see through floor to ceiling windows which are all refreshing details. They have a photo wall mural that transports you right to the streets of Vienna. This coffee shop sets the bar real high. It’s definitely in another caliber than your local Starbucks. They roast all their exotic beans in-house. I’m usually not a regular coffee drinker but this joint could change a Pal Park person’s lifestyle. I had an expertly executed espresso macchiato. It came in a little dainty cup with delicious steamed milk. I like little cute things that pack a big punch. I also tried the hazelnut latte which wasn’t overly sweet and was in a ginormous cup and I kept on going for more sips. They really got the velvety steamed milk on point here. They offer salads and paninis which are all made to order. I didn’t get to try any of these enjoy but I’ve noticed the patrons who did order these items seemed to enjoy their food and finished their plates. The owner occasionally walked around and made sure the customers were happy. I can tell customer service is definitely paramount here. The Kudossaint was deliciously crispy on the outside and doughy on the inside. It kind of reminded me of a waffle/Korean honey-cake we call«hot dduk.» The powdered sugar gives jsut the right amount of sweetness to the plate. I’d definitely try it with some whipped cream or some other toppings next time. Overall I was very pleased with the polite and cordial service and the super comfy chairs which make you want to stay a little longer than you anticipated. I can safely say If I was a Jersey-ite i’d be a religious member of this Kudo Society. This joint is a much needed addition to the community. Kudos! to a new neighborhood landmark.

I came here cause of the wonderful Unilocal reviews and pictures. It definitely did not disappoint. I got the chicken clasico sandwich and an iced cappuccino. What a delicious sandwich! Huge menu with lots to choose from, so you can get something different every single time! Really super cute atmosphere, comfy cozy couches, beautiful painting that spans the entire wall, free Wi-Fi, and very friendly and helpful staff. I am so glad I found this gem and I will definitely be back!

I’ve had this place bookmarked for awhile. I wasn’t expecting it to be towards the shop rite in pal park, since all shops are by broad st. But can’t be missed, so colorful and nice lights. Came here because I was in the mood for a coffee but once I got there i saw there emense menu of beverages. So I decided hmm I think I’ll try a fruit bubble tea. What flavor? Passion fruit. Best choice! It was so creamy and frothy… I’ve usually had bubble tea that’s liquidy, but apparently It’s suppose to have a thicker consistency. So fruity, tapioca balls on the bottom of course. Only thing the tapioca balls do tend to turn a tad hard because the bubble tea is so cold like a smoothie. It came in an adorable plastic cup. I also tried their coffee courtesy if a friend who had one on hand, and I took a sip. So good, so fresh. Strong but not bitter… they make their coffee with that hourglass looking pot. I think it’s called hand drip or something along those lines. On the menu they also have a selection of sandwiches… some with kimchi, meaning I have to go back to have one. Pastries and cake selctions. Also they do sell the hand drip manual coffee makers as well as coffee and tea cups/mugs. The décor is super cute inside as you’ll see from some pics I posted. The staff is a family and they were laid back and friendly. I’m all about coffee spots so definitely give them a try, so far it’s my second favorite coffee spot in bergen County.

Great little Coffee shop with fresh coffee and amazing bubble tea. Best Bubble Tea we have tasted in Bergen County. Also, fantastic Kudossants with Chocolate. We will return to try other items for the large menu. Perfect coffee house ambience and the staff is very friendly.

Amazing service and the sweetest hostess. So many choices: hot, cold, or frozen/smoothie for every bubble tea. They do it all and do it well. The kimchi quesadilla packs just the right punch with out being overpowering. The chicken was tender and it had the perfect flavor. Free & fast wifi. Great seating. Very trendy yet warm & homey seating area. Outdoor sitting area… if only it was warmer.

The customer service is great. The owner, Jeff is hands down one of the friendliest people ever! He remembered us on our second visit here. They make sure your experience is a good one. And not to mention, the food is great and so is the bubble tea. I give this place 5 stars no doubt. I’m definitely going to continue coming here! While doing homework here for a few hours, the owners came out and gave us bing soo on the house! It wasn’t on the menu so they asked us to give it a try and it was definitely one of the best bing soo’s I’ve ever tasted. It was taro shaved ice with Mochi and tapioca balls. Like I said, great customer service. One of the best I’ve experienced!

I am a coffee lover. I had one of the best hand drip coffee ever. Then, I tried their Kudossant(croissant and waffle hybrid). Wow. It was crazy good. You have to try it for your self. The café was clean and their staff was so friendly and accommodating. They also have an outside seating with nice Hollywood lighting style. Great pics.
