This place was great! We were on vacation and had never seen an Alpaca. My wife was overly enthralled with the idea of walking with an Alpaca. I was one of a group of 7 who were skeptical about this, but for $ 10 how could you go wrong. This place blew me away, Mike was our gracious host along with his wife(who’s name i can’t remember). They had over 50 Alpaca’s. After Mike harness our animals we set off on a walk through his peach orchard. I lead Jim-Dan and my wife had Dusty(the others Frost, Nick, Ash). As we walked, Mike explained about Alpaca’s and the area. He then took us through the Alpaca Fiber work shop and showed the step by step process of turning Alpaca fiber into the amazing soft yarn it creates and WOW i never knew how amazingly soft Alpaca Fiber was … lets just say in a touch test it blew Cashmere out of water. Afterwards we got a few things at the gift shop… namely Alpaca jerky, my wife was a bit hesitant to eat the animal she just fell in love with but loved it.
