Delicious. The owners run this place themselves and their menu is filled with home recipes that they cook themselves.

We were in town on a business trip for a week and were sampling the slim pickens of restaurants in Palatka. Based on the positive reviews from the Unilocalers, we gave it a shot. Service was good and the restaurant was clean, although it was obviously a converted Taco Bell, so it had a tacky ambiance. The menu is half Mexican half Italian, which is strange. We both had Italian, and it was very meh. Maybe the Mexican side is better.

I absolutely love this place. There are different themes buffets throughout the week. Family owned business and the owner is specific about her food. Weve been coming here for a year now and have never left disappointed. This is not a fast food joint. This is real food. enjoy!!!

Do not judge this book by the cover. The food and service are wonderful. I had the chicken Marsala that was excellent along with the side salad and mixed vegetables. All servings were very generous. I also had some chips & salsa prior to dinner. The salsa is probably the best I have ever put in my mouth and tastes very fresh. To top it off, Lisa my server was very attentive and informative. I never had to wonder when she would be back by. All of this adds up to a great dining experience that you can’t go wrong with.

We had an excellent meal here tonight. Lisa was an outstanding server. The food came in short order well cooked and was delicious. Service was very attentive. Particularly liked the tre leche(3 milk) dessert!!!

This is the best kitchen in Palatka. The food is fresh, it’s made to order and the menu has a wide variety. The owner loves food and people. It’s friendly, down to earth and the salsa is delicious — with plenty of cilantro and fresh goodness. Highly recommend.

This has always been one of my favorite places to go eat. In the past, although the food was always excellent, the food always took a while to come out. Not anymore! Last night we went in, unlimited chips and salsa. Fantastic waitress, and the food came out reasonably fast. Food was amazing(as always), perhaps even better than before, and we will definitely be going back more often. They are now open on Saturdays, big yay!

Lisa, wait staff, was very cheerful, had helpful suggestions and was very attentive. Food was Very good. I had fettuccine ala Vodka– large portion, nice and smooth on the taste. Hubby had chicken chipotle w shrimp — mild heat, full flavored sauce on top. Complimentary chips and salsa– really yummy! Home made salsa– nice clean, fresh taste. Moderate prices, clean facility.

I have recently moved to Palatka from upstate NY and have enjoyed what Palatka has to offer. The one thing I found lacking was a good locally owned, cooked to order fresh meal. Well, I am happy to say that lacking part is over. I have discovered Italian Latin Grill. I‘ve eaten there a number of times with different friends. Each time, we have walked from the table extremely satisfied. We also enjoyed Lisa‘s excellent service. Once you find it, you‘ll be back.

The lunch we enjoyed today was fabulous… from the home made salsa with real chopped cilantro, to the flan for dessert! The restaurant is extremely clean, our server, Lisa, was fantastic… great place!

I wasn’t sure about this place before going and had never heard of it. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how good it is. There are several different eating options and the food I got was delicious. Starting with the salsa, everything was homemade and excellent. The server was incredibly friendly and attentive. I found out the owner is from Costa Rica and they actually have some Costa Rican dishes which is a huge plus in my book. I can’t wait to try it again!

Home Town Restaurant, amazing food, Palatka’s Best Kept Secret. Hopefully not for long, I would hate to see anything happen to this place. Side Note: When you order food be ready to eat, you will get a generous helping of any dish you order. Great Place, Awesome People. Family run business, not a chain.

Don’t let the empty parking lot fool you. Best homemade meal in town. Family business.

This is the best restaurant you will find in the relative food desert which is Palatka. When i’m in town I prefer this or Corky Bell’s — pretty much everywhere else sucks. The Italian Latin Grill is one of the most unique eateries you will encounter. It’s family run and is owned by a rich family that only runs the place because they love to cook. I can assure you that very little, if any, money is made by this place — it’s just done for love of cooking. The food is absolutely stunning — relatively classic, 5 star cuisine with the unique(although not overbearing or corrupting) influence of the owner/chef, a charming and gregarious, petite lady, who will go around and make sure everyone is enjoying themselves. The Chicken Saltimbocca or Italian Platter(3 seasons I believe it’s called) are excellent entrees for a newbie — the Italian Nachos are also a treasure in their own right. Speaking of nachos — you will be treated to an unlimited quantity of chips and salsa when you get there, and the service is extremely fast, attentive and passionate. As the place is family run, the servers are all extremely passionate about their job and will go well beyond the call of duty to learn your name, give you samples of desserts and generally bend over backwards to cater to your tastes. The only downside of the Italian Latin Grill is it’s strange hours. It’s only open to private parties(read: friends of the owners) during the weekend. The best time is friday night. On any night the place is relatively dead — I have never seen more than 3 parties in there at once, and the restaurant is fairly large. This is mostly likely due to the complete lack of marketing and care for making money. Expect to spend $ 15 – 20 per entrée and $ 6 – 10 for appetizers.
