This location is like any other. The service is fine, the rush is fine. It seems like any time you go here, the place is packed. During lunch time parking can be difficult. Overall staff is friendly and service is similar to any other Starbucks.

This was my 5th visit to this location & I’ve been very impressed each time so far! The inside is aesthetically pleasing & clean. Today the line was really long but the workers worked really well to get through the line quickly. The drive thru service has proved itself very efficient to me as well. One worker by the name of Mikey went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. I love this location because it’s super close to my house & the service is even better! I highly recommend this location.

Was really busy this morning so I saw that board that offered ordering via their app. I decided to try it. That was very easy to find what I wanted and order(5 stars). I then waited over by the pick up area and waited. One employee threw a bag on the counter and ran off. She came back and placed a coffee next to the bag. I waited for a few minutes then finally asked if that was my order. The barista looked at it and asked if I was Brian. I acknowledged. She handed me the order and apologized for not knowing what to do since she was new. I appreciate her candor, but recommend that the Starbucks train their employees better. Then I went and sat down to eat my oatmeal and drink the coffee. They didn’t put the pack of blueberries in the bag so I went back to get them. The employee that threw the bag originally said they were out of blueberries. She apologized and offered to give me my money back. If they had been more communicative and told me before I picked up the order, I could have accepted the problem easier. If I wasn’t eating at the store, I would have been really upset thinking they just forgot to give me them. Better training and communication would make the experience better.

Today was my third and LAST time at this Starbucks. I was so excited when this location opened since it is so close to my house, but each time is worst than the last. Today, I went through the drive through and they gave me the wrong order. OK so now I have to go inside and tell the girl it’s wrong(nowhere close) and she says no problem– recites my order back and I confirm. Then the drive through chick comes over and makes a drink, yells it out to the crowd without acknowledging me. I just keep standing there because it isn’t mine. I don’t want hazelnut. Then she turns at me and says — this is yours. «I ordered toffee nut» I tell her. Then she tries to convince me otherwise. Now the second screw up. She rolls her eyes and dumps the drink down the drain like its my fault! Seriously?! RUDE. I just look at the first girl who got it right when I came in and she kindly makes it. I take a sip in the car and it is disgusting! Just like the last two times I went here! I literally threw it in the garbage and went to the target Starbucks right behind me and let me tell you… so much better! I paid twice but at least I got what I wanted.

Finally open! I’m so glad I don’t have to get all the way out of my car to get a double shot, soy half-caf, extra carmel frappachino to go, anymore! At last, humanity is saved.

This for the new Starbucks at 791 E Dundee. This opened up about a month and a half ago. It’s just like every other location. Friendly baristas, it’s nice and clean and although the lines might look long they get you out of there fast. They have a nice outdoor seating area with plenty of tables and umbrellas. They also have a drive thru so that’s very convenient. I’ve been here a few times and I’ve never experienced bad service and my drinks are always made just right.
