I will never set foot into a Sprint store again and once my service contract is up I will be switching carriers. Came here after my wife spoke to Sprint Customer Service on the phone to find out what her options were for getting a new phone after dropping hers and shattering the screen. After receiving options with prices, we went to this location and was told by the woman working there that ALL the information and pricing my wife was given by the CSR over the phone was incorrect and that all the prices were actually higher! I don’t know what motivation the corporate CSR would have giving my wife the wrong information that I can on, y assume the employees in the store were incorrect.
