Ross Salon & Blow Dry Bar

First time there, my regular nail tech moved here from another salon. She was fabulous, but I scheduled a Mani-​Pedi and did not realize that she was not going to do the pedi for me. The Salon also had a wedding party getting their hair done. I sat, feet soaking in the pedi tub for 30 minutes waitng for someone to come over. (My girl was with her next client already). No one came over to see how I was doing during that time. I got up and walked out to pay for the services I did get. While the owner, at that time came over and apologized along with giving me a discount towards my next service, I am not going to return. I have never been ignored before like that and frankly was turned off by the whole salon vibe. If they cannot handle a wedding party along with other customers, they should not have booked me in.

This salon is absolutely amazing. It’s beautiful on the inside and the owner and all of her employees are so professional and friendly. Alex is the best cosmetologist I’ve ever had! She has given me drastic hair cuts multiple times and they’re always the best! She is amazing at doing nails and waxing too.

I was having a bad hair day on Friday, and I was going to a wedding after work. I was able to get an appointment and had a relaxing hot towel and hand massage, along with an excellent and very quick blow dry.

Donna Ross is a fantastic hairdresser, and her team is so incredibly friendly and relatable! The new location is absolutely beautiful! Between the staff and the atmosphere, I have no problem spending a couple hours there for hair and nails.
After bouncing around salons in the area for a long time, and never finding one that was quite right, I finally found Donna’s nearly 4yrs ago and couldn’t be happier. She and her team also did my wedding party, and my hair looked perfect and stayed that way all day and night.
