Hayward, Verbic & Edgcomb Othodontics

Very professional and friendly office. All the Doctors and assistants are very informative when it comes to specific treatment and cautions when going through the whole braces phase! The drive is quite a hassle but I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I had to have braces again! They’re the best! :D go there!

Both of my daughters and I have been patients here with Dr. Hayward and then with Dr. Verbic and Edgcomb and we all have beautiful smiles now. I think all of the doctors are very knowledgable and use the latest technology. The staff is awesome. Very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this office.

With putting two kids in braces, I have experience working with Dr Hayward and Dr Verbic and Dr Edgcomb and happy with all of them. Dr Hayward was great, but so are Dr Verbic and Dr Edgcomb. They are both very nice, approachable and knowledgeable. I originally choose Dr Hayward due to him using the Damon system and his reputation — this continues with Verbic and Edgcomb.
I was also very impressed when my permanent lower retainer broke and Dr Edgcomb fixed it — at No Charge! This was not expected and went above and beyond. It’s these kind of acts that go a long way and will always remember her kindness.
The Orthodontic Assistants and Office Staff are great too — Ashleigh, Megan and Lori, Denise, Jo — all friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend for their professionalism, convenience and easy going demeanor with both kids and adults.

A year ago I would have rated their services 5 stars in any category, but now I don’t know. It is a real shame that Dr. Hayward is retiring. The place just isn’t the same without him.
