Joanne Mcginnis is pleasant, easy to talk to and willing to work with you… to hang up and never return your call. The «I’ll call you right back with some numbers» while I waited by my phone apparently meant tomorrow… err no she did not call back the next day or the day after or week after or month after.
After having read the bad review I was still willing to give her a chance but shame on me. Apparently she has so much business that she cannot be bothered to return calls or even hand them off to co-​workers less busy. So I went to another office and was treated with respect. If you give this office a try… I suggest asking for another agent.

First I wanted to say working with Tom Lavallee and Jenny Eblin was a great experience. They have been and are still extremely professional. As long as Tom is in business, I will continue to use and refer them. I have also referred them to many friends and family and they too were very pleased with their services.
