Incompetent office staff and incompetent physician. Uses a lab that takes four months to process their billing; performed a procedure that was supposed to heal in seven days — took six weeks. Finally went to a real podiatrist at my PCPs insistence, who told me she had no idea what this guy was thinking. The only part of the business that works is the billing department — they called daily for their remaining fifty bucks. Keep looking.

Dr. Joel Anderson is nice and informs you of your choices. I would like to see Dr. Anderson at a different location.
My complaint is more with the office itself. The exam room floors are not the cleanest and the waiting room is strange and uncomfortable. There are plants with grow lights making it hot and the chairs are arranged to make the plants comfortable. Waiting in the jungle…
