WORST SERVICE EVER.
Scheduled on Friday for a pickup on Saturday between 9−11a. Driver (Garett) called and confirmed they would be at my house between 10:30−11 after their other stop. When no one was here by 11:15 I called the driver back only to be told they already left area and wouldn’t be back. After wasting my entire morning I called the customer service line only to be told they were too busy to speak to me and someone would call me back.

HOLY CRAP!!!
I Just moved from my huge apartment and did not realize I was a HOARDER lol.
Either Way I literally have a HALF A TRUCK FULL OF JUNK TO GET RID OF!

These two guys LITERALLY GOT ALL OF IT OUT IN about an hour MAYBE an hour and half, and had AMAZING ATTITUDES they were professional and courteous, EXTREMELY UP BEAT and amazing representatives for the company.
I even called the office to speak to a manager to let them know what a great experience it was!
