I rented a car from enterprise a few weeks ago. After returning the car I realized that I had forgotten my handicap tag in the car. I called the next day and was told they had it and would mail it back to me. After calling them numerous times I still have not received it after 3 weeks. This morning I called once again and was told it was still in the office but couldn’t be mailed since they don’t have cash in this office to purchase a stamp. They suggested I drive there(70 miles there and back) to get it. I then called the national customer service number and was told they could not get in touch with this office so someone in corporate would get back to me within 48 hours. I have never had to deal with poorer customer service!
