I stopped in with my girlfriend for lunch. We were seated right away. We decided to order from the smokehouse menu. I got the BBQ pulled pork, slaw and fries, she got the brisket with baked beans and tots. We cut our sandwiches in half so we could share. The brisket was very good. The pulled pork was a bit peppery for my taste. The slaw tasted like it was missing something so I salted it and it was a little better, but I’ve had better. The baked beans were nothing special.
The server never came back to check on us to see if we needed anything and didn’t offer to refill drinks until we were done eating.
This was only our second time there. We hope to get back and have the brisket before the summer is over.

Excellent service, staff is super nice, we were seated right away on a busy Sunday breakfast /lunch time. The restaurant is clean and they turn tables quickly. Our server, Bette, was attentive and fast with the drinks and checking to see if everything was ok
We ordered pulled pork breakfast burritos and southern chicken breakfast biscuits. Wow, there was so much food and everything was excellent.

I haven’t been here for breakfast in a while. I used to go regularly because of the really great customer service & homey feel. Something has definitely changed. I noticed a lot of new faces. Took a while just to order coffee which never used to happen. And now they don’t even have the turkey sausage I always used to order. Very disappointing…

Ever noticed as the music gets louder and wilder, the food and service get poorer. So with this place. Last year when I visited several times it was a pleasure. This year each visit keeps getting worst and worst. Why would management think they are catering to rock concert groupies? Could it be the hiring of cheap young inexperienced managers will ruin this chain too? At least turn down our speakers if you are playing tunes (?) for the cooks!
