Had a great experience with the customer service. Ordered something online and picked it up at the store. The employee was friendly on the phone when I called to check on the item and remembered me when I picked it up over an hour later. She double checked the items before I left to make sure it was all there. The store was clean, well organized, and well stocked with materials. Wish I lived closer to get all my wood from there.

No one was helpful!!! We asked one gentleman and then he went and looked for another guy. No one came back and neither will I!!! We are from Wisconsin and we have better manners than that! Also I work for one of the suppliers for this store and I am gonna fill them in on this information.
My Aunt lives here and she has had the same problem over and over again.
Customer service was bad!!! I feel sorry for the town of Pahrump!!! I’m just so upset I can’t write any more!

I came to the store at 7 pm and thought the place was closed. There was nobody, but employees and had the whole store to myself. Needless to say I was approached by several employees offering help. Everything I was looking for was stocked and prices were very competive realtive to other Home Depots. With that I say this store deserves a thumbs up.
