We stayed at one of their properties that was just beautiful. We had an awesome view of the mountains, morning visitors that literally came up to our porch each morning. On the 1st morning we watched one of the hot air balloons come in and land right behind the cabin. The sunsets and sunrises each day were glorious!

We used Sunetha to rent out our Pagosa home for 5 years. They did a good job until last winter. After a New Year’s rental during –20° temperatures, they neglected to send someone to check the heat and shut off the water until I got a phone call ONE WEEK LATER from the water company. Turns out I had 700 gallons/​hour running through my meter. My house had almost $ 100,000 in water damage from 6 pipe breaks. They are NOT reliable. And did not take any responsibility or offer any compensation or apology.
