I’ve never been to a hot springs like this. The ambiance is relaxing and private. I loved being able to soak either inside or outside. The staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The price is also very reasonable. Everything was very clean. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing day.

I’ve never been so happy with a place before!:) the girl working was absolutely amazing and came and checked on us multiple times. She made all four of us feel right at home and the prices were amazing it was such a cozy little place to relax in some natural Fed hot Springs without having to pay the crazy prices next door. I can’t wait to go back and I sure hope she is working too!:)

I went here and found the place to be ok. Not overwhelmingly amazing. I would recommend going here if you only plan on soaking for a few hours. Its $ 12 for 4 hot spring areas inside/downstairs and 3 on the second floor/outside. The problem is that the jacuzzi on the 2nd floor is unbearably hot. It may actually be 120 degrees. It was hot enough that I couldn’t get in at 10 p.m. in freezing cold weather. Yes the other 2 offer amazing overlook views but they can only comfortably hold 6 – 7 people so you have to wait for other people to be done. Several of the baths had an overwhelming sulfuric smell that stays with you after you leave and even after you bathe. That didn’t seem to be the case at the hot springs I tried at The Springs. If you are going to go, I would recommend evening to watch the sunset and enjoy the view of the stars. They do offer affordable LARGE glasses of wine, be careful with this. The hot springs will make you more dehydrated and tired than you realize. The one glass of wine I had almost did me in. Overall, good place, just dont expect a 5 star spa experience.

We were visiting and went there 2 times, they were super nice, good prices and clean– we especially enjoyed the rooftop area, good veiw. I also left my wallet with them in the second night and they came opened the door and gave it to me so that i could leave town to go to the airport. Highly recommended.

had a wonderful time, small town charm and beautiful pools, especially indoors. Had one of the best massages of my life with Jessica, she did an amazing job. Will definitely be back.

Very nice. The river with the hotsprings was right across the street and they piped water in from there. Total five star value. Not a five star resort but for 12 bucks, damn. Several hot tubs to choose from on three levels. We went to the rooftop tubs with a great view of Pagosa Springs. The tubs were all different temps and the very nice attendant, Jenny, was happy to adjust any of the tubs because I’m super pregnant. There was a changing room with showers and complimentary shampoo and conditioner. It was a very nice historic building. Charming. I would definitely recommend this place and come back.

This is a great small town place. Lots of different tubs at different Temps and the price is way better than across the street at hot springs. I really liked the roof top tubs. But the whole place has an old funky feel to it.

If you plan on traveling to Pagosa Springs this is definitely the hot spring you want to hit up. The price is right. It’s all about about the infinity pool on the roof, which is usually not too crowded. They also have several beverages adult and non adult that you could buy at the front as well as snacks! I never got a massage here, but the hot tub is definitely the highlight for me. It’s kinda stinky and sulfur-y when you first go in, but that’s normal. Plus there’s no smell on the roof! The workers also come up and take drink orders. I’ll def be back every time for aprés snowboarding! The only down side is it does get intimately close, so you do run the risk of having annoying tub mate. But like I said, the hot water really makes up for that.

Great views from the roof-top tubs — which are probably best enjoyed at night under the open sky. Also available are several different tubs downstairs. This is also a good place to come for and get a massage.

I’m new to this whole hot spring thing. Not sure if it is actually go for you or just an over priced hot tub. Either way, it was pretty relaxing. Several tubs with varying temperatures. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. The spas themselves were a little murky looking. It could be the minerals or the amount of people in it. If your not used to it, just go in with an open mind. It will be a pretty cool experience.

This place was great. Loved soaking on the roof with some beers(which they sell down stairs.) Front desk was helpful and friendly. Awesome looking indoor pools as well, I felt like I had stepped in a time machine to an old school bath house. Will be back!

My husband and I came here over our vacation. We had a couples massage and soak. I don’t remember who we saw, but they were great. I have had massages several times, but this was my husband’s first massage. They were really professional. While it might not have been the best massage I’ve ever had, it was still pretty darn wonderful. We would definitely go back if we were in the area. The soaking time was pleasant as well. There’s several pools inside as well as two on the roof with a dry sauna and another jacuzzi. Overlook was a nice way to relax after hours of driving. Plus, you really can’t beat the prices. If you are looking to spend time just relaxing, this is definitely the place to go!

Just showed up for my 1:45pm massage appointment booked by my husband. Was told to be there at 1:15 to soak in the hot springs. The guy at the desk«are you sure you’re at the right place?» as he shuffled through a messy pile of papers. Yep, didn’t have me on the books. Apparently I just showed up with very detailed instructions on the spa, including the fact that I could buy a swimsuit there and have a nice glass of wine. Oh and my husband gave him all the credit card info. According to the guy at the front, MY mistake not theirs. No apology whatsoever though he offered to get me in 2 hours later. I opted to save our money. So should you. Not well run«spa», not even polite, and the employee stuffing her face in the lobby didn’t do much for the ambiance. Quick update — my husband just called Jim at the spa to make sure they don’t charge his credit card or have the appt under someone else’s names. Jim said«no we don’t ever do that here. We don’t make mistakes.» Wow, just wow! A wee bit arrogant there, Jimbo.

This place is great! I’m pregnant and was looking for a place to get a prenatal massage and a safe temperature soak. They were good enough to adjust the temperature in one of the pools for my husband and I, and the massage I got from Tonya is hands down the best prenatal massage I’ve ever had. My husband was also very happy with his massage, unfortunately, I can’t remember the therapist’s name. I cannot recommend this place highly enough — totally worth a visit!

I was happy with my massage and afternoon soaking on the roof with a beer. It was much lower key than the main springs, which looked like a public pool in a city from my vantage point. The massages were competitively priced and include the soak. I saw Mr. Kim and was happy with his skills. They can also adjust the temperature of the pools for you if you have any health type concerns and need it to be not super hot, which I appreciated.

If you want to soak after a day on the mountain, come here! It’s quaint, clean, the view from the roof is great and service is phenomenal. The beer selection is excellent and affordable. Never overcrowded, even on a holiday weekend. I’ve been to the over-priced, over-rated springs across the street and will only go to the Overlook.

This was the first hot spring my boyfriend and I visited in Pagosa. It was very nice, we enjoyed the different temperatures in all the pools, especially the pool that had beds. The upstairs had a beautiful view of the river. We went early so we had to the pools to ourselves. Only $ 12 for all day access which was a great deal and the staff was really nice!

In my opinion this is one of Pagosa’s gems. The staff is always so friendly. They sell wine and beer so you can have cocktail hour in the warm water.(I highly recommend bringing a bottle of water, you can get dehydrated pretty easily) The rooftop tubs are amazing and the view is excellent. The massages here are heavenly and not over-priced like the Hot Springs. I recommend Lauren if she is still there. LOCALLYOWNED. Always try to support the local business in a small town.
