Hideaway At Pagosa Pines Rv Resort

Arrived during a management or ownership dispute of some kind, host kept ushering us away from front office. Was friendly enough, and cordial but something seemed off.
Now about the campground. Mostly gravel and dirt and a few spots backed up to a large open meadow made for a great spot to camp overnight. Water was off, for the season but it seems to be nothing more than an irrigation connection when it is in use so don’t expect much water pressure.
Cable TV didn’t work but we weren’t sure if it was offered as neither the host or the camp ‘joey” knew much about it. On the plus side Internet was fast and consistent compared to many rural camps we have patronized.
Was quiet except for minimal highway noise but not enough to become a disturbance. Participates in PA discount so we will likely return again if we are in the region.
