We have breakfast here every Sunday and it is OK. Paducah doesn’t have many breakfast options and ihop gets the job done. This location does not compare to out of state locations but overall the food is good. The servers are friendly and do their job well. The managers are very friendly as well.

Ordered our food for carry out and after arriving to pick it up was told the order wasn’t even put in yet. We are traveling so this was just going to be a five minute stop that turned into another 30 waiting for a discount. We did get a big discount, but the food itself was terrible. This is the worst food from IHOP I have ever tasted– my food was cold, tasteless and they still managed to mess up the order they took twice. Thankfully we will never see this IHOP again.

The food was good. We got exactly what we ordered and there were no real issues with the food or service. We were there for dinner, not breakfast, so the place was pretty empty. I assume they have a bigger breakfast crowd. The dining room was chilly. My biggest complaint was when we went to pay and leave. I stood at the register for way to long waiting on someone to come take my money. All the while waiters and waitresses were walking by ignoring me. Finally after several minutes a manager came out from the back with a trainee in tow to take my money. Seconds later the person who was supposed to be manning the station came out of the bathroom.

Clean, food okay (over salted) and slowwwww. What should have taken 30 minutes took well over an hour. Wait staff does not communicate well. I don’t think I would return.

There’s not much I can add that others won’t already know about this typical IHOP. Great breakfast and dinner food. The only thing I didn’t like is that late Sunday night, they steam cleaned the carpets, and the whole restaurant felt humid and smelled like greasy food. It wasn’t terrible, but it was yucky.
