When placing my order yesterday I brought up that they had a previous bad review. The new manager assured me that the poor service was prior to her coming on board and could definitely tell she is trying to take care of her customers. She helped me pick my arrangements and was very friendly. I got a confirmation of my deliver by email and was very pleased with the service.

I’m hoping to increase this rating, but it lies in the manager’s ability to return my call and fix a big problem we’ve had. I ordered an arrangement for Mother’s Day, and as of today — 5 days later, it has still not been received. The recipient has not been contacted besides a note that was left on her door during one delivery attempt, even though I called them one day and gave her phone number to ensure its delivery that day or even the next. Because of the steep price I paid for a late order and same day delivery, I fully expect some good communication and a refund, so we’ll see what happens! …hopefully a positive update will follow…
