Thanks for nothing — I was there visiting my son and made him a salad a was not intending on eating it, by the freeking way — and they told me I could not even have a bite of it because I did not buy a lunch. I was there to visit with my son actually. Fully understand the you cannot share a lunch rule … Was not there to do so. But telling me I cannot even have a bite … You suck Your crew sucks and so do your salads by the way — Plenty of other pizza places in Pacifica that make really good pizza.

This is a good place for families. There is a salad bar with fresh veggie and stuff. Sports are on big screens. Delivery is slow. Best to call in and pick up. Staff will not inform you of specials. Be sure to ask. There’s usually a decent deal and Roundtable has consistently good pizza.

Really? You could not honor my coupon because it was on my phone. Why can’t you simply take the coupon code and enter it on the order?! Why would I waste my ink, paper, and time printing the coupon out. Get with it, Round Table! We live in a society where everything is electronic. Time to update your policy! Order was cancelled and I called-up Dominoes(order and coupon placed online by the way!)

The service at this location has slowly gone down hill. This place is not well organized and when your pizza comes to your table they don’t always bring plates. I almost hesitate to say it’s going back to the way it was with the previous owners. When this location reopened customer was good with friendly employees. With slightly expensive pizza I want solid customer service.

One of my favorite Round Table locations. Excellent customer service. My order is always delicious and cooked to perfection. Fast, speedy online orders which are always ready at the time they say. The people who work at this location are just wonderful and super friendly! Will return every chance I get! :)

#14 One of the biggest locations I’ve seen in a while, there’s even an arcade in the back. I ordered a bunch of things online that gave me a pick up time of 15 mins. For some reason they don’t deliver to my cousin’s house in Pacifica even though its only a mile away. Anyway, I arrived 20 mins AFTER by scheduled pick up time and it still wasn’t ready yet. The fairly new cashier justified the situation by saying that my order was so large that it took up the entire oven. Idgaf. Fix your website or get a bigger oven but either way, thats not my problem. I checked all of the pizzas to make sure it was made correctly and they were. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized the soda and zesty red sauce I had paid for were missing. Too lazy to drive back and too lazy to call and complain. There goes my $ 4.

They were two hours late delivering our dinner(without calling to give a heads up) and then the order was wrong. So we sent it back w/the driver and called the manager, Jose. He said the refund would go through«in a couple of days». Bear in mind at NOPOINT did anyone ever acknowledged their giant mistake(messing up dinner for 5 is a big deal) much less apologize. The refund didn’t go through in the time frame Jose promised. My husband went into the store and talked to him and some other manager guy, who was upset because he’d already had several other people«come at him»(yes, his words) for a refund that day.(not surprising) Again, no apologies or acknowledgment of a mistake. Here it is a couple of weeks later and still no refund. I realize it’s probably a crap place to work, but the bare minimum of civility and customer service isn’t even valued here.

2 hour wait for a cold, wrong pizza. Delivery stared at me like I was supposed to give him a tip. Called to let them know and the kid on the phone blamed me. The customer is always right. Round table WAS my favorite pizza.

I grew up eating Round Table Pizza at this location, it was fun, had a great jukebox and decorations representing our little beach town. Oh yeah, the staff was friendly and hard working. Shortly before this location closed, I noticed the staff(I mainly go in the evenings) was almost exclusively teenagers who did not seem very interested in working. I remember the staff being mostly teenagers when I was growing up, but Round Table seemed like a happening place to work back then and the employees seemed to be more on the ball. One little girl behind the counter rolled her eyes at me when I asked for something and that was it, I wasn’t going back. They closed down a few weeks later. Since they reopened, I was hopeful, but I’m not sure how many more chances I will give them. One time, I had a Groupon, the girl at the cash register could not figure it out. Apparently I was the fist person to try to redeem the Groupon. She became frustrated with me, like it was my fault for buying the Groupon. On another occasion we called in advance for pick up, only to have them not even start the pizza until we got there. Today I ordered two pizzas, one specialty and one two topping, they forgot one of the toppings on the two topping pizza. I guess it was my fault for not checking the receipt, but who orders a pizza with just mushrooms? Then I realized that every time we come here, something is screwed up, every single time. Whether we order pan crust and get original or ask for extra sauce and have almost no sauce, but every single time we come here, something is wrong and the effort they make to correct it is minimal. Today they threw some pepperoni on the mushroom pizza and just cooked it for a couple more minutes. The quality of he food is good, the pizza taste fine, the salad bar does usually look picked over and the sauce tends to be very light, but the biggest issue is that the staff shows a total lack of professionalism and attention to detail. I am sitting in the restaurant right now and just heard one the the employees complaining about how sick he is??? Really? Half of them are standing around texting on their cell phones. It is as if there is no adult supervision here. My husband has come to the lunch buffet a few times and really likes it, all the grown ups must work during the day.

Great pizza but my one recommendation for the owners of this place would be to have someone who actually speaks English on the phone. The guy I spoke to was so hard to understand and he could barely understand me. I had to repeat myself over and over again. Was very frustrating. When I went to pick up my pizza the order was wrong. Had to wait for them to remake my order.

Round Table is my favorite chain. I used to eat at Round Table 3 times a week. I’m getting older and my gut can’t handle that much pizza anymore. Lol. I only recommend this location if you go during lunch time when manager Sol is in. During dinner time staff is much lazier and can often be rude. I have heard them talking about a complaining customer in Spanish. The customer in front of me wasn’t even rude. I myself have experience attitude as well in the evening times. The management and staff do not prepare for dinner rush. I have ordered a pizza at 5:30 — 6:00 and have been told they are out of crust. I have been told they are out of pans as well. I’ll keep coming here because they are the only good pizza in town but I only come for the buffet now when Sol is here. Once again Sol is great. I used to come in for the buffet every Monday and Wednesday and when he saw me he would automatically put in my favorite pizza. I come in maybe once a month now and he still recognizes me and asks me about work. He should run the whole restaurant, not just the morning shift.

Pizza as not good. Cardboard with a lot of sauce. Just another reminder why I don’t order from them anymore

Every time I come here you guys are always professional, curtious and friendly. I love RoundTable pizza, but this store deserves a five star rating due to the customer service. Thanks Will and everybody working tonight!

Can’t beat the happy hour prices.$ 4 wings and $ 2 beers. We were the only table in there and the wings still took awhile. our pizza came fast though and it’s always good! I have always loved all the options at the salad bar. The wine on tap is different I like my white wine a little colder than it comes out of the tap.

Used to be a great place with ambience and the owners really catered to their guests. Now that it was taken over by new owners(corporate?) it really has gone downhill in both quality and character ! We’ve tried coming in a few times after work and the salad bar is always closed down early and on the rare occasion it’s still open its picked cleaned. The kids working are nice enough but the place is really a shadow of its former self

I can’t believe places charge for ranch. Three stars I usually give a chain that meets expectations. It’s hard for me to give them anything much higher. I will say that round table is like the Starbucks of pizza. It’s a standard that most pizzas need to meet in order to not be crappy, but usually how to tell that the pizza is much better than this brand. Friendly staff and clean.

The new and improved Round Table Pizza is killing it. At first, your pal Crys was a little apprehensive to the new look. Having grown up in Pacifica and spending many stoned, windy days warming up in the dimly lit booths with friends, nomming on some slices and admiring all of the photos of Pacifica past, it was hard to just shake off all the nostalgia. But there was also the annoying factor of seeing all the burnouts you went to middle school with, guzzling beer, playing grab ass, and half heartedly making your pizza. I’ve been back a couple times with my dear old dad and more recently went to my bff JoBeth B’s daughter’s birthday party. Tons of pizza, the staff was accomodating, the salad bar was great, obviously the company was the best part, and listening to stories about the birthday girl’s trip to Disneyland and her love of the Little Mermaid made the evening, but the venue was a good choice. Love me some RTP, no matter what the occasion.

I am excited that roundtable is new and improved. I was over the old roundtable years ago. This remodel(maybe new ownership) is great. Brighter rooms, more seating, less drink teenagers, etc. So I called here on Monday nov.10th, asked to reserve a room for about 25 people. My daughter was turning 4 and my house can’t fit my whole extended family, so roundtable seemed like a good fit. When I called I talked to a young lady, sounded like she was in her late teens/early 20s. She told me she’d call me right back to confirm, but it «totally fine» and«no one else reserved a room». Now I’m feeling good, room set, menu(pizza) set and next I needed to locate a cake. After running around finding a perfect cake, I realized I hadn’t gotten a call back from the girl at round table… so I called back. She answered, and said her boss wanted there, but the room way mine. The day of the party 11⁄16(6 days after talking to RTP girl) I call at 11am asking if I can put our cake in their freezer and come early to decorate. The man on the phone said«sure Ashley, you can come in!»…ummm I’m not Ashley! The girl never wrote my name down, I have no room reserved and I have 25+ people coming! FML! After getting upset and speaking to Joshua(manger? Supervisor?) he told me he would try to help me, but there wasn’t much he could do. About 20 minutes later Joshua called me back and said one of the parties cancelled and I could have the room. I appreciate Joshua and his hard work to not piss of a hard working momma and her party plans… I hate the think what would have happened is Ashley and her party didn’t cancel. Would I just have been out of luck? 3 stars are for the pizza and Joshua –2 stars for the lack of organization and the first woman I spoke to.

Very disappointed in this RTP. I’ve been eating here since I was a little girl and have always loved the pizza. A few years ago the owner abruptly closed. A year later it had been taken over by corporate and reopened. I was glad that RTP was back. Only thing is that the inside no longer has character. And the pizza is consistently dry due to lack of sauce. We’ve ordered an extra cheese pizza that had several slices without cheese. The garlic Parmesan sticks are dry and burned most times. It’s so sad to see our favorite pizza joint no longer serves quality food.
