We’ve been going to this laundromat for a while now– usually if the machine at our apartment is in use. Normally, there’s an attendant there that’s really friendly. Today when I went in, there was this older woman who immediately came up to me and started asking me questions– such as what I was doing there, etc. It was really unsettling. Never had this happen the other times we’ve come. I tried to explain that my boyfriend was parking and was bringing in our laundry, but she just kept glaring and muttering things at me as I got change. I stepped to one side and tried to call my boyfriend, to tell him that I wanted to go to a different laundromat. The woman basically chased me out of the building, yelling at us to «never come back again.» I don’t know what her problem was, and why she basically treated me like a criminal or something. Very unprofessional.

This laundromat has been a lifesaver! We live in Daly City but happily drive down to Paloma because of the homey feel, parking room, un-crowded atmosphere, and cheerful attendants always available to break a 20 or help with a broken machine. Such a different and relaxing experience compared to other loud, dirty, crowded, coin-stealing alternatives. Hands down, we recommend Paloma and we’re grateful it’s nearby. :)

I’ve never written or I thought to write a review about a laundromat in my life. I am from Germany and I am here for three weeks and you can’t take so much with you and so you have to do the laundry on your stay/vacation. The Lady in this laundromat was quite helpful and knowledgeable, good service, easy/good parking, and during your washing you can go down to the beach and enjoy Pacifica.

Great laundromat! It’s nice & clean, it’s cheap(only $ 2 wash & $ 1 dry). The lady who runs it is so nice! They have magazines & a TV, or you could walk down to the beach while you’re waiting, it’s only a block away. The other laundromat down the street was so dirty & there were creepy people hanging out in there, and it costs more per load!

I’ve been doing my laundry off and on here for over a decade. It’s a clean and safe place to do laundry with good honest people. Yes the beach is just one block away!

Since our washer is broken and has been for a few months now I’ve had to do my laundry in laundromats, which sucked until I found this place!!! My friend lives nearby and said it was waaaaaay better than the one in Linda Mar and she was right. It’s a little on the small side but the it’s clean and it’s only $ 2 to use the washer as compared to $ 4 at other places. Plus there aren’t a bunch of creeps walking around and the beach is a block away! The lady who works there is really nice too and will help if you need anything. I hear that they will also do your laundry for you and fold it which I might have to try one of these days because I hate folding laundry with a passion!!!

This place did a great job of cleaning my winter jackets. They got out stains from spills and drinks, gave me quarters to do my laundry in my coin washer and dry at my home and were very polite.

I’m reviewing their laundromat and not their dry cleaning service. Facility has some big old washers(comforters) the standard size washers seems a bit modern. Dryers were bad(takes more quarters) and I don’t overload them. The place seems a bit dirty too. Wow, there’s no place on the peninsula that I can recommend for a good laundromat.

This is where it all goes down … suds, darks, lights, spinning and all. I change outfits like 4x a day so my weekly trip to the laundromat can take up several washing machines but the dryers are gi-normous and all my crap can fit into one! The location is perfectly peaceful — a quiet little escape from the city and only a 15 minute drive away. Its just a few short blocks down to the water … can’t think of a better to-do during dryer time than a beach stroll.

I love this laundromat! I usually wash my clothes at home, but my dryer is hella old and missing a part that I can’t seem to find, so I dry my clothes there. The lady that runs it is so quirky and nice. And it’s not a pain to actually«do» laundry there — I put the clothes in the dryer, take a walk down to the pier, enjoy the wonderful pacifica air & waves and by the time I walk back, my clothes are dry. Sweet! They also do alterations. One time I begged her on Weds. to have a pair of seven jeans hemmed by Friday, pleading with her that I would die if I couldn’t wear them to this show. She just giggled and asked, «you’ll die?!» I said, «YES!» and she replied that she would try her best. Sure ’nuff, hemmed and ready to rock out in by Fri. p. s. the nail salon right by it, however, is so very very weird.

So I have this monsterously huge comforter, it’s thick and heavy and just gigantic, it must weigh like 15lbs. Obviously it’s not going to fit in my regular washing machine or dryer. Paloma Cleaners to the rescue! I drop it off, come back the next afternoon and just like magic it’s clean and soft and wonderfully snuggly. Thanks guys!
