McDonald’s

Just came by at 12:30 at night and waited at the drive thru only to get the employees to shut the lights off as I’m sitting there being open till 2 is a lie McDonalds a pure lie

This place is too slow. It seems like they have their orders mixed up. Definitely better options in the area but still a much slower McDonald’s than I’m used to.

They should really either keep the drive thru open ²⁴⁄₇ or stay open later… the drive thru’s in Texas are open 24 hours… why not out here!!!

An average McDonald’s with some friendly employees.
My friend and I came in here just to get some soft serve comes and a large fry. We got what we expected and it was satisfactory.
The restaurant was quiet as well, so that was appreciated!

The soda was disgustingly flat. Always have to check your order before you leave because they never get it right.

Doesn’t earn any star. I ordered 2 Mac double with a
coffee and it took 17 minutes! Saturday, 12.35 and received at 12.52. Guinness records is broken. They have 9 employees but who is working? Everything is cold, sandwiches, French fries, and coffee. Never again.

Working here in Pacifica for several months I have gone to this particular McDonalds on multiple occasions. Usually the a.m. staff is efficient and afternoon/​eve crew has either gotten my order wrong one time or the person taking the drive up order has had problems understanding. The a.m. crew at the walk up area inside is usually the same capable individuals. This a.m. a different crew was there, I placed my order with a nice gentleman. After a few minutes a crew member plunked a bag down by the cash register and since there was no coffee with the order I assumed it was for someone else. A minute or two later she comes back again and asks me, in a not so friendly, accusatory tone if I was waiting for something? Since the resteraunt only had two or three customers I assumed then that the bag was for me so I told her coffee and she had to ask what size? I have two issues. The first is this team member could have been polite and also I was under the impression that the register they use is itemized so they can check the order? I worry that if there were a flood of people this team would struggle. I will try the other Mcdonalds in town next time.

Got a premium grill chicken ranch McWrap. All the ranch dressing was at the top and then half down the wrap sweet chili sauce was put in. I’m not entirely sure how hard it
Is go get a RANCH wrap. The staff also seems to get orders wrong and take forever. I thought they had to go out catch the chicken kill it and grill the meat before it was given to me. The restaurant does not run efficiently enough. I think the staff needs to have a bit more training when it comes to food orders. They were semi-​friendly at both windows of the drive through. The one with the headset looked like she was more bothered to be there than anything. Maybe moral at this restaurant is low and the workers are just sick of being there i don’t know. Hope in the near future they will be more efficient and be in better spirits

I went into McDonalds this morning at 7;25 am. on Sept. 14 th. to get my Free cup of coffee. (now on Facebook they announced that Sept. would be Teacher Appreciation month so if a teacher showed their ID on Mondays in Sept. they would get a free cup of coffee. Well I did just that and the lady apparently didn’t know anything about it. I asked to talk to her manager and she said that she was the manager. well after 5 minutes of discussing this she finally said «Ok here’s your coffee » I’ll l do this one time only for you but never again. «Now there should be some sort of communication there on «Whats Going On » I never had this problem when I went in to McDonald at Manor on Sept. 7 th…, they already knew about it. They gladly and politely gave me a free cup of coffee. Being a Life Skills Teacher in High school here in Pacific
we take our students to this Lindamar McDonalds in hopes to teach them things since it’s near our school. Today I was very disappointed and so were my other colleagues that I work with. They tried to get their free coffee and was told NO ! In our school district we are paid the lowest salary for all that we do to help all of our students.

Slowest breakfast service at a McDonalds I’ve ever seen. 15 minute wait for a normal breakfast order.

Well my life was ruined when I called and I heard the place wasn’t open as long as it said it was. Nor even close. Probably shouldn’t advertise late night food

We walked in around 4pm and were the only customers ordering. While I was washing my hands, she went to the counter and ordered a ‘plain iced coffee’.
Somehow something got lost in the translation because after waiting several minutes, we received an iced coffee with cream and sweetener already mixed in.
Of course by the time we got it, there was now a line of people waiting to order so we just left. Maybe she should have ordered a black iced coffee. Maybe the order taker should have asked what plain iced coffee was. Maybe we should never go to McDonalds for iced coffee…

EEEEEEEWWWWWWWW!!! Would you like some fries with your SALT… They are horrible.

I bought 10 chicken nuggets last night, around 8:00 pm. The nuggets didn’t tast fresh, like being fried in bad oil. And one of nugget looked like someone taken a bite out of it.

Came through the drive thru on my way to lemos farm. Sounded like the girl manning the drive thru wasn’t having a good morning. Do they still offer smiles on the menu because this employee didn’t have any to give. 4 stars because I like their breakfast.

Stopped in one Saturday morning per Hubby’s request en route to a Half Marathon only to find they don’t have the double McMuffin he wanted and can get at every other McDonalds not only that but the staff really had no clue. He asked for the McDouble and instead they questioned that he wanted 2 single ones, had to explain 3 times until they finally understood. Getting a simple Breakfast shouldn’t be so hard.
Hubby’s disappointment aside he finally got his order after almost 10 minute wait and was sloppily prepared and barely even warm, the tables in the dining area were dirty (maybe 40% of them) while staff stood doing nothing behind the counter and a quick trip to the restrooms also saw them messy with trash all over the floor. I don’t expect much from this chain but still somehow this one fell way short.

been here twice.
first time, drive through. the lady gave me a straw that was soaking wet. i asked her for a new one she looked confused. the WHOLE STRAW WAS WET. when she gave me my food, the bag was crumpled. i just fast food by how they fold my bag opening, sorry if you just crumple or strangle my bag you didnt even attempt to look like you took care of my food.
second time, it took 20 mins to get through the drive through. then they got the orders confused with the other cars. theres nothing fast about 20 mins. i can get restaurant food at the 20 min mark
these people are incompetent. in serving the customers. however, the food was at least hot.

Probably not much about McD’s that 99% of people don’t know so I’ll just keep this short. For a McDonald’s this place is pretty good. As you can see by the number of checkins here, I come here a lot. Most of the time I hit the drive through.
This place is usually very fast and almost always clean.

I haven‘t been to this Mc Donalds for years, why? Because last time I came here some of the customers (yes CUSTOMERS) were rude to me. How? They were young, stupid kids who actually THREW stuff at me, Seriously?! All I did was order a McChicken, sit down, and mind my own business. I got up again to grab napkins and noticed something flew pass me, I looked back and didn‘t care simply because I figured the kids were just throwing stuff at each other and messing around, but by the time I got around to leave a paper bag got thrown in my direction. At that moment I wanted to stop and b***h at those kids, but ya know… that‘s who they just were, kids. The worst thing about it? The workers actually saw the whole thing happen and didn‘t do anything about it. So ever since then I NEVER came back.
I did decide to come back a while ago because I was craving chicken nuggets and it around 7pm at night so I knew no «kids» would be lingering around at that time. I walked in, ordered my nuggets with my sauces, and left.
Only complaint I have is that the girl didn‘t give me napkins… oh well. Thanks anyways.

Ir’a McDonald. The only other fast food option I had seen around here is Taco Bell on the beach and good luck finding parking there on busy days.
I came here one Tuesday afternoon were parking wasn’t an issue in their small parking lot. I came in and was ignored for awhile as they continued in their conversation with the drive thru crew.
Finally they got my order in and got my food in my stomach. They did give me large cup for water so save me the time of walking around refilling the tiny thing.
