Facialist Linda Ross at Epicore turned me on to Martha at Surya Spa. The Panchakarma that she performed on me last year was transformative. I wasn’t feeling well, super sluggish and depressed. I knew my system was toxic but I didn’t know what to do. 7 days in the hands of Martha and I was renewed. Not only did I lose 10 pounds but my skin and hair were radiant. I have followed her advice and I now eat and feel better than ever. I am also a huge fan of her face and body oil and use it daily. I am looking forward to my annual Panchakarma. Meeting her was a seminal moment in my life and I am sure it will be for you as well.

Getting my treatments at Surya Spa with Martha has been a life-changing experience. My digestion and health has improved and I have paved the way to a healthier existence. I would never go back to the way my health was before. I have a healthier base to draw upon… cleansing the mind, body and soul.
If I could give anyone advice about one thing they must do in life-get at least 5 days of treatments at Surya Spa.
I visit every other year, but hope to make it every year for health maintenance.
