Palisades Picture Framing

I had a few painting’s and old family pictures I had taken them to a few picture frame shops in the SFV LA and Santa Monica. Because was trying to save money. Then I was told that we have a picture framing shop in the pacific palisades. So went to 15 125 sunset Blvd and I met Mario the owner and his son. They were very nice and the prices were lower then all the rest. I told Mario the running around that I did. He was so generous he gave me 20% discount and the prices were a lot cheaper. Family owned business. I will definitely be returning here from now on. They are now my framing guys

I had museum glass placed on two photographs, and later returned to buy special museum glass cleaner. The service and work was great. The price was fair. The items were finished in one week as promised.
If you are in the westside, there is no reason to go anywhere else.

The proprietor of the shop Mario damaged my artwork in an effort to cut corners and I would never go back. In a method designed to save him some time he uses double stick tape and puts the mats directly on to your artwork. If for any reason down the line you should want to remove the piece from the mat it is impossible because they’re taped together. Mario sees no problem in doing it that way. My opinion is that he is a stain on the profession and charges top dollar for it! Save yourself the cost of going to a paper restorer to remove the tape like I had to if you ever take your work to him. You would be well served finding any other place to get your framing done besides Palisades Picture Framing. Could I be any clearer? I shudder to think of the thousands of other people he’s done this to that don’t know it yet. Yeah I’m peeved, but I think I stated the facts correctly.

Just had a large poster framed here, and am very satisfied. Very good quality, reasonable pricing, and personal service. Recommended without hesitation.
