Pacific Palisades Village Florist

I have gotten flowers from here on multiple occasions at different times of the year and they have always been excellent. And they last a long time.

I have seen this shops work and I love it! The service has been excellent. If I need flowers again I will return! The cute little shop is in a lovely plaza and has the cutest little dog! Do yourself a favor and have them do your arrangements!

RUDE and INCOMPETENT
On the occasion of the anniversary of my mother’s passing, her birthday and Father’s Day, I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to the cemetery. They assured me that they would find the information they needed from the cemetery, and yet, they failed to make the delivery. On a day when I have been grieving the loss of my parents and when the only thing I could do in their honor was have a lovely arrangement set out on their grave, the florist whom I entrusted to do this was too incompetent to make this happen. Not only that, but the woman with whom I spoke — THE OWNER!!! — never bothered to apologize, and after telling me that she did everything possible, which is of course untrue, she then hung up on me. An incompetent and rude woman who has no business in the florist business. People like me who are deep in grief should not have to deal with such incompetence and rudeness. It is inexcusable. There are plenty of other florists in the Palisades. This one does not deserve to be in business.
