Have been getting my facials done by Mila for over 15 years… Relaxing, very thorough, gentle and that fresh skin feeling when finished… THE BEST!
I mistakenly decided to try as a last minute decision today another facial establishment within walking distance in my Santa Monica neighborhood… NO COMPARISON to the facials I get from Mila! Will never do that again.

I have been coming to Mila’s for just about 8 years now. Mila and Diane are exceptional at what they do, and every time I leave here I am glowing with happiness. This is the ONLY place I can get my eye brows waxed and know that it is worth every penny. The salon is nice and clean and they sell great products such at Stila makeup and other skin firming and tightening products. I highly recommend Mila or Diane for any services you need done. They also offer the Chocolate Sun tanning, I have yet to try it but my girlfriends are raving about it! Definitely next up on my list!

I am very surprised by the negative review. Mila skin care is a very professional salon and Diana is superb. I made sure my daughters had a professional shape their eyebrows when they were old enough and took them to see Diana. (I over plucked mine when I was young and SO regret it.). Diana shaped them beautifully and they look natural yet refined. The salon is always spotless with fresh flowers. They have so many services and now have spray tan. Both Mila and Diana really know what they are doing. Highly recommend this salon!

Mila Skin Care is a tiny jewel in the heart of the Palisades. The shop is small, lovely, and personal service is valued. You are greeted by name from the start. I have been a client for over 15 years. Diana and her mother, Mila, are true professionals. They know skin and the products/​services best suited for your skin type. I am very particular about my skin care, and I trust them to care for me. I have always been very pleased.

I cannot say enough about this skin care salon… they are the best of the best! I have been going for years and pass their expertise on to happy family and friends. Diana and Mila are most professional and know their business as well as anyone I have ever gone to. The salon is beautiful and also has hair dressers and Chocolate Tan (Diane does a fabulous job… very natural)…they also handle Stila make up… wonderful…Always always professional under ANY circumstance…

Mila Skin Care is one of the best things to have ever happened to me. Mila and Diana are such sweet women, so I know I’ll be well taken care of every time I make an appointment. I go here to get all of my waxing and facials done and my mom does waxing, facials, and microdermabrasion treatments. The pricing is great– as is the experience! (So relaxing!) My mother and I would not know what to do if we didn’t have all of Mila Skin Care’s amazing services available to us. I cannot speak highly enough of Mila Skin Care :)

I don’t know what happened to this place. Me and a friend used to enjoy getting facials here when I was in town. The owner is sweet enough, but her daughter (I think her name was Diane) is not so friendly– really neurotic, I think she needs a therapist or something. She also had a horrible mean streak, she practically bit our heads off when we were talking about some cute kids running around next door. The service that day was kindof weird and quiet and we were glad it was over– just paid and left and haven’t been back since.
I don’t get facials for the skin care so much, but because it’s relaxing– so the whole thing was pretty much ruined. I don’t know how people like this get to be working in service.
Two stars– make an appointment with the owner and you’ll probably be fine.
UPDATE: What an impressive business owner. She considers herself an expert on fake reviews. How… interesting.

Mila Skin Care is so wonderful. Diana and her mom, Mila, are the sweetest ladies and really know high end customer service. I can’t say enough good things about their salon and skin treatments. Whether you need a spray tan, waxing, facial, hair color, hair cut, etc… Mila is the place to go! Everything is high end, high quality, and simply the best.

I have been going to Mila Skin Care for 10 years now so I think I am qualified to review it accurately! Diana does the best eyebrows and Mila is the only person I have ever gone to who doesn’t EVER get dye in my eyes when I dye my eyelashes! The salon is clean and comfortable and I have complete confidence in recommending everyone to any service they offer.
