Paul Dean is simply super. He recovered material I thought was lost forever and tamed my weird behaving laptop. He improved my system and drove out bugs that were driving me nuts. I am one of those people who leap into the latest technology without understanding anything about it. Paul is patient and fun and doesn’t make me feel like a dimwit. Paul Dean has been my computer tech for both my business and personal computers for almost 10 years. He takes care of all my digital needs, upgrades and repairs, be they on a tablet, laptop, or cell phone. He sets up my networks and keeps all my devices running in top form. I have yet to encounter a hardware, network or software issue he cannot fix or improve.
He makes sure that my data is automatically backed up and secure. His fees are very reasonable, and I am always grateful for the peace of mind I have knowing Paul is just a phone call away should I have a problem, or just need my hand held while I install new software. He greets you with a smile and leaves you with one. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
