Black Forest Espresso

Sooo — Black Forest Espresso has another Unilocal page which lists it as «Closed». Since we went in yesterday morning, I’m pretty sure it’s not closed. But maybe they just saw us coming and decided to open the doors.
While I can’t vouch for the specialty drinks (mochas, etc) the coffee was good — do you know how hard it is getting to find a decent cup of black coffee? They have it here — and I was impressed that they carry Oolong tea. Tea junkies, don’t get too excited. The tea is bagged. But most places carry black, herbal & green only, so finding oolong here was a pleasant surprise. Oh, and I almost forgot! The have free internet for their patrons.
Also, I know this may put some (highfalutin’, sticks in your pants, fussy) people off, but I love that they are a family establishment, and that mom has her little one in the back. What a great reminder that you’re supporting a local business. A good local business at that.
