This was a complete surprise! This type of restaurant I love, a mama Papa place that has basic good cooking. I had a breakfast of two eggs, the House hash browns, toast with ham. Later I had the best strawberry rhubarb pie I think I’ve had in my whole life! Unfortunately it’s closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so won’t be able to go to it till Wednesday at the earliest! They only serve breakfast and lunch but I can’t wait to try the fish and chips. I highly recommend this place! the first restaurant on my trip that I can give 5 stars too. Not expensive, good home cooked food, what more can you ask for and the people are friendly have nice conversations with several people I highly recommend this restaurant!

Well after years of wanting to try Paddies Perch I finally did today. I got a burger and fries. Out of 10 stars I would give my food a 3. Very small menu, maybe 10 entrees? Cluttered and dirty place. They seem to use a lot of home type equiptment, not restaurant quality. The little place has so much potential but they just dont get it. I will not go back unless it gets a BIG makeover for both food and sanitation.

Unfriendly and food was just about the same. I felt on edge the whole time. Not kid friendly, which they don’t apologize for.

The cheddar onion biscuits are freshly made daily! Get whatever seafood special they have, or go for breakfast. Paddie’s may not look like much, but don’t judge a book by its cover-try it!

Relaxing atmosphere and great place to go after a busy day fishing or clamming. Food is home cooked and delicious. I had the clam pattie special and my boyfriend had the prime rib. He also enjoyed a cup of her clam chowder and it was very good. We will definitely return next time we are in town.

This place has really gone downhill over the last few years. We had breakfast there last week, and I’ll never eat there again. I can’t give them any more chances. I had bacon and eggs, hash browns, and toast. And coffee. 1. The cream was curdled. 2. The waitress brought out my toast 5 minutes before the rest of our food. The bread they use is the cheap kind of bread, like the 79 cent loaf type. 3. When my food came, I was completely grossed out. My food was sitting in 1⁄8 inch of grease, like they took a squirt bottle and just covered my food with it. The hashbrowns were saturated and dripping with the oil, lard, or whatever the h*ll it was. 4. The menu is a typewritten sheet of paper in a filthy plastic sleeve. 5. There are bowls of cat food on the floor INTHERESTAURANT for the cat(s). I think the Health Department could stand to make a surprise inspection on these two old crazy bats who run the place. They really need to just stop what they’re doing and try to sell the place to someone who cares or isn’t senile or whatever. Crazy cat lady restaurant.

Awesome for Breakfast. Very friendly owners. Had great conversation with the other customers too… like one big family in the morning. Good food/decent prices. In an area lacking any food choices for breakfast, this place fills the bill nicely. Would definitely eat there again. Thanks!

I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious home-cooked meal. The halibut fish and chips was amazing as was the smoked onion salad dressing. I finished the meal off with a slice of peach pie that was to die for. Oh and I almost forgot to mention the buttery oven baked biscuits with cheese and onion.

Honestly I would never send anyone there for food but a great place if you are writing a horror film. The staff was unaccommodating and made us very uncomfortable. The food was awful. The ambiance was creepy. I love some mom and pop shops when on vacation(we were staying in Seabrook) but I want to forget this experience for good. The best place in the area is definitely Mill 109 in Seabrook. Big part of their menu: Franzia by the glass selections. I’m no wine snob but ???

Paddie’s Perch is my favorite kind of coast town restaurant. It doesn’t look like much on the outside, and it looks like a diner on the inside, but the food is really, really good. The food isn’t particularly fancy, but everything we ate had been made from scratch, with fresh, local ingredients, cooked with care. Paddie’s is the kind of place where they’d probably roll their eyes at the word«locavore», but the salmon my wife ate came off a boat that docked a few miles to the north, and the oysters I ate came from a bay a few miles to the south. Definitely within a hundred mile radius. The salmon was simply baked, more cooked than my medium-rare taste, but perfectly for my wife; the oysters were in a thin, crisp breading, still juicy and smelling of the ocean on the inside. Our squirming preschooler kept us from staying for pie, but man they looked good. Next time.
