Romeo’s Pizzeria

They have a great variety of food, and all of it is great. The environment is classier, cleaner and more home oriented than most any other pizzeria in greater NYC.
They do almost everything well, from pizza to pasta to wings. The owning family take a lot of pride in using quality ingredients. This is my neighborhood spot, it’s also my favorite NYC pizzeria.

Back in October 2015, we ordered a spaghetti and meatball plate and the stuffed shells plate. Both were pretty decent. Lots of sauce and cheese but my husband found the spaghetti plate to be just okay. He was not a fan of the meatball size and the flavor was just okay to him. That being said, we will order from them again and try something else because it’s always busy and so maybe we caught them on an off day or we chose the wrong items to sample.

Delivered me COLD pizza, and my buffalo flatbread tasted like it was made 4 days ago; forgot my receipt as well as my marinara sauce that I was charged extra for. Save your money, really. This place is NOT worth it.

This place dissapointed me. My food came and it was cold and the food did not taste fresh at all. Not only did they forget my receipt but they charged me for marinara sauce that I didn’t even get. It was not worth it, you can get way better around the area. Save your money!

Ive been going here for years and the only reason why anyone there would mess up an order is simply because that place gets busy at «hungry times», and it may just get a bit confusing.
I love Romeos, it’s not your average slice of pizza. Their «bacon cheddar ranch» slice ALONE fills me up, and it’s packed with a good proportion of chicken & bacon! It’s not too salty and has this awesome creamy texture because of the ranch. They’re never greedy with their ingredients, and the lady and men at the counter are SO friendly. I couldn’t hate it even dislike this place is I tried.

I’ve been eating pizza here since I was a KID! This place is truly the best. They never Fail me or my family when we are looking for a day to order out. Romeos is always our first choice!

Came here with my family for dinner. Poor customer service and got my order wrong. When i mentioned my order was wrong i got attitude. Usually this place is pretty good but im very disappointed. My fathers chicken roll was burned. I would never come back here again. No apology from staff or any discounts for their mess ups. Also took 40 min to get my messed up order. The only reason why i gave them an extra star was because my pizza was good.

My favorite place for pizza! I also love their chicken rolls and their beef patties with cheese… OMG so good!!! I have also been to birthday party’s held in the back room and the customer service is amazing! I just love eating here.

This place deserves 5 stars! Their pizza is truly how new york pizza should taste. From the cheese to the sauce and crust everything was delicious. Also another great thing about this venue, they accept debit/​credit cards! Usually when ordering pizza its cash only. I thought that was super accommodating to customers.

We love Romeos… their flat bread slices are awesome! My favorite is the cesar salad & buffalo slice. They make great pies as well. They deliver which is a plus and Gaby is such a sweet heart on the phone. Great employee…

We LOVE Romeo’s Pizzeria. An A++ for food, service and price. We’ve been going there for years. The staff is friendly and so traditionally family oriented. My kids love the food and the staff who are always catering to them (thanks Eddie). We have food from Romeo’s delivered to our home which is a ways from Romeo’s. One Friday night at 11:30 we were able to order and have our food delivered to our home. Thank you! Our favs are flatbread pizza (buffalo chicken and chicken caeasar). We’ve tried all the flatbreads which are all good. The chicken marsala is delish also. We’ve had burgers which are grilled… yum. Romeo we are fans. Keep making Queens happy. Keep making delish meals. Keep up the great customer service. We LOVE you… and will always keep coming back…

Terrible. I’ve never given a 1 star before, but here goes. This place needs serious HELP with management.
Boy was I looking forward to pizza and pasta. This is not the place to go if you are looking for anything but a large slice of pizza.
I ordered chicken Alfredo pasta with mushrooms and broccoli, a large cheese pizza and an order of stuffed shells. When I checked my order it was wrong.
Yes, I did clarify over and over again that I wanted chicken fettuccini Alfredo pasta and to add broccoli and mushrooms, mozzarella sticks, pepperoni pinwheels. Yes I clarified that it was Alfredo over and over. Why? Because the woman taking my order knew no English.
Fine. I open my boxes and all the pasta sauce is spilled everywhere. The shells couldn’t be called stuffed because the cheese had spilled out and everywhere. Maybe because no one bothered to deal the containers or tape the pizza boxes shut? Well, I didn’t even complain about that. I complained that instead of Alfredo with mushrooms and broccoli I got CHOPPED UP SPAGHETTI and FROZEN VEGGIES from a FREEZER BAG tossed in A RED SAUCE and some scant cheese. Nevertheless, I really just wanted meal, regardless of the fact that I’m COMPLETELY SHOCKED that they would SERVE THIS?! Please SEE PHOTO. So, I kindly asked (one of the few people who spoke English there) to kindly fix the order or refund me for it. He screamed at me telling me he heard the whole order, that I was wrong and I could «either throw it out or do whatever I want with it bc you’re not gettin’ nothin’ back.» Honestly, I truly just wanted some Alfredo pasta, and I was shocked at the response I got. He made it a personal attack. And I couldn’t have been more polite.
After calling customer service for my card company, they informed me that I could dispute the entire 40 dollar order. I told the woman at the counter of Romeo’s that I’d feel terrible doing this bc I ordered so much food and it was simply one item I was Unsatisfied with. She didn’t seem to care, told me to call in the morning (Easter Sunday). I really would have settled for just a refund of the botched pasta I was given, but now I’m just disappointed in the food and the terrible service.
I write this review with a heavy heart bc I go to all the other Romeos pizza locations and love their large slices, and this one is close to my train. But the staff on Lib and 103 just leave you with hurt feelings and a nasty taste in your mouth. Yuck!

Romeo’s pizzeria is the epitome of the neighborhood. I go there frequentky and am always satisfied. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and always smiling. The plain cheese pizza is probably the best I’ve tasted. With a great variety of menu options, it id remarkable how consist the food is. From eating vegetarians slices on friday nights to the flat breads on tuesday evenings, I am always pleasantly surprised and satisfied. The only downfall is the place should consider adding whole wheat pizzas to the menu as I surely need something healthy with eating there so much. I would wholeheartedly reccommend this eatery to anyone and everyone, GO TRY IT NOW!

Awesome food. I love their pizza and their service! I had a birthday party there and it was nice. The staff is so friendly and the food is fresh.

The chicken panini is good. however, whoever answers the phone to take orders can’t understand anything. This place messed up my order big time. My fault for not checking inside the paper bag before I left, but damn. I ordered 4 things and only got 2. Wow. It’s not like I live anywhere near this place to go back. So disappointing!

Now this is how a Queens, NY pizza slice is suppose to taste-​delicious. The service-​A+.
The décor-​modern and spacious. The prices-​Nice!!! The Pizza-​so freakin’ good and flavorful, good tasting sauce, great crust… if they dropped a bit more cheese on each slice, this place would be Unstoppable! A Must Try!!!
**Note: If you are dating a True New Yorker and you want to bring them back to their childhood days of eating amazing tasting pizza then bring them here… you’ll get so much propz!
So, check it… I ordered a slice of cheese and a slice of peperoni and of course I did the fold test… nice crusty crust with the oil dripping down from the cheese… Oh! Queens got the best pizza… I’ll be back, Dawg!!!

Always enjoy ordering from this place one of the good pizza spots in the neighborhood! Always order a cheese slice and garlic knots can’t go wrong pretty good.

The most delicious pizza I have ever had!!! I have been eating here since high school and that was almost 10 years ago and I still love it! They really know how to make good pizza. I have tried tons of other places and it can’t compare. Will continue to get my business !
