Carvel Ice Cream Store

I am madly in love with Carvel ice cream. I’ve been going to this location since I was 11yrs old. The guys that work there and nice and friendly, and they do a great job designing those ice cream cakes to perfection. One of the best locations in Queens.

Visited this location for a birthday cake. When I got home to take the cake out, there was a frozen roach in the corner of the box. Really disgusted! Looked up their health grade/​inspections and saw that evidence of roaches was listed. Please avoid. Not sanitary!

They have really good service. But there is this one guy that works there who is not that friendly.

Nice neighborhood ice cream place, have been coming here for as long as I can remember. The staff is always friendly and seem to keep the place very clean. Also lots of free parking.

I love this carvel store. Everyone is always so nice here! The ice cream cakes are amazing and so is the ice cream! They are always quick =] Definitely recommend this place :-)

The guys are friendly to the customers and the place is very clean. This is way better then the one on Jamaica Ave that shut down 2 years ago. Free parking is available. I will definitely come back!

Birthday 2012 is a reason for Carvel’s famous ice cream cake with their cookie crunch of vanilla and chocolate. I LOVE Carvel ice cream cakes as it is nostalgic to old school. Every birthday since my childhood I’ve always have a Carvel ice cream cake as it would be like Independence Day without fireworks for a roaring celebration.
I cannot believe a small round plain ice cream cake is now a whopping $ 26.00 (includes sales tax) as I remember the old school day of 1980s price at $ 12.95. What has inflation in conjunction with this 2012 abject economic misery become for food prices? Nevertheless, the associate was efficient and sharp to pick up if I desire an inscription on my cake without me ever asking. I do not know the associate’s name, but he was very friendly, professional and wrote «HAPPY BIRTHDAY TINA» beautifully. The custom inscription on the cake, thankfully, at no charge.
This Carvel has a parking lot facility.

I love this store, best ice-​cream n the people that work there are great especially the person who helped me his name was Richie.
