I never leave reviews on Unilocal.But I have to for Joe and All City. I called several crematories and Joe was the most professional, honest, and caring above the other competitors. He was very patient during the clinical procedure and handled my dog with care. Led my girlfriend and I to All City and gave us urn options, explained the entire procedure and was truthful about how long it would take until the urn was given to us.
Overall, I recommend All City to any owner who loves and cares for the final moments of their pet. Thanks again, Joe.

This review is long overdue! We have cremated three of our pets with All City Pet Cremations and every time we have used their services they have been amazing. Saying goodbye to our babies is always difficult, but ACPC made things so much easier. We have always worked with Joe, who always goes above and beyond to help us. I highly recommend ACPC to everyone! Their service is exceptional!

Rebel dog had been fighting the good fight for several weeks. When he woke up in the early morning hours on the 13^th of this month we all knew it would be for the last time. Rebel used what little strength he had left to go outside, down some stairs, and lay in front of a tree. He passed within minutes.
It was probably short sighted of us but we honestly didn’t think we would lose him so soon. We were caught off guard and turned to the internet to find out what to do next. We saw All City had excellent reviews and also offered pick ups which we needed.
They arrived within a couple hours. Everyone we talked with was respectful and polite.
When the ashes were returned we were surprised to see such an elegant box. 10 plus years ago I had two pets cremated and all that was supplied was a basic tin box. This was much nicer. I hope you never need their services, but if you do, you and your pet will be in good hands.

When my cat of 13 years suddenly fell ill, my sister recommended this place to me. The man on the phone was so friendly and accommodating. He made it really easy for me to plan for my cats cremation. Within 5 days my pet’s ashes were ready and I could not have been happier with their product. The cherry oak box looked very fancy and the paw print was perfect. It was all fairly priced as well for what was received. Overall I would highly recommend!

It happened unexpectedly — probably like it happens for most people. «B» was our best friend and we really weren’t prepared at all. I found All City as I was looking for a 24 hour cremation service. And I am really glad that I chose this company to help us deal with everything. They are really nice and understanding people — exactly what you wish for considering the situation. And we didn’t expect to get the paw print — very touching, seems like the best last piece of memory that you keep forever.

Torrey always meows when he drinks water. I was enjoying a relaxing Sunday evening waiting for baseball to make me sleep. Michèle walked over to find Torrey in distress. We are so heartbroken. Torrey passed away in our home while we tended to him. The next morning, Michele called All City Pet Cremation, Inc., about cremating Torrey. The empathy they showed was so heart warming for us. A nice man picked up Torrey. He was able to find parking in Forest Hills, by negotiating a spot with a Verizon Wireless employee who was early reporting for duty.
When we picked up Torrey’s cremains in Ozone Park, it was in a beautiful cherry wood box. The added touch was, an imprint of Torrey’s paw print. That was special.

After our cat passed away on Columbus Day morning, we found All City. Our phone conversation was pleasant and reassuring. When we brought her there, they were very respectful and seemed really to care. We want to thank them during this hard time. Her ashes were ready in just 5 days and now she’s back home with us.

Owner John Bishop truly cares in making sure every customer gets good service. After some mistakes, John reached out to me himself to remedy any issues.

My lovely pet cat Shadow passed away on ⁹⁄₁₁ .Sad and torned I wasn’t sure what to do. i live in a apartment with no backyard, there was limited options. Either a funeral burial in picconos (can’t be far away from him), cremation, or city law to dispose on the side to be picked up :(which i never in my mind would do that to my best friend. searched up on the internet about cremation unsure and found All City Pet Cremation.
After reading the reviews online, I decided to give them a call. A nice person on the phone picked up and answered every question I had since this was a new process to me. With care and patience. Person who I talked with told me atleast 2 hours they should pick up but came less :).The guy said he was sorry for the loss and asked me how I wanted my pet to be taken. With gentle care. I then felt secure that my cat was in the right hands. Price was reasonable too especially with this type of service and compassion.
6 days later, I got a call to pick up the urn. The neighborhood was nice and the place too. A whole selection display of urns, seats, flowers, tissues, felt like
humble and not givin off a fake personality but actually sincere. A person came out with the urn, a paw print of my cat, certificate of death, the urn box, a label with his name, and a free cat miniature ornament. A black cat with a halo and wings. i was left with feeling sad, laughing, but also relieved. I know it was the best decision I made, especially with this place. I never write reviews on Unilocal just search lol, but this place is worth to spread the good word.

After being notified by the vet office of the passing of my bunny, I was distraught and did not know what I would do with her remains. It is a blinding experience. You really do not know how much a loss of a pet will affect you. Living in a NYC apartment, I did not have the option of burying her in my yard. Loving her so much, I did not have the heart to just dispose of her in the garbage. The vet office offered communal cremation, but I looked at other options.
I went on an internet search, and I found a few Pet crematories in NY, and NJ. I made some phone calls. Many were so matter of fact, and very dry. It was apparent that they were concerned with money. However, when I spoke to the gentlemen at All City, I was awe struck of their kindness. They took the time to give their condolences for my loss, and demonstrated sympathy and empathy on my sadness, and concern that my bunny’s remains be treated with respect. They assured that my bunny would be cremated individually.
They are very professional individuals,. As prevous reviewers mentioned, they do take their jobs seriously, as they know this is important to us! They picked up my bunny’s remains from the veterinarians office, and made sure to let me know they picked her up and that she was in good hands. I felt closure after that call, knowing that I was honoring her memory by having her cremated. All City offered to have me view her body at their location, but I declined. However, I appreciated being given that offer.
A week later, I received a phone call that my bunny’s remains were ready to be picked up. The location is in ozone park, and it is beautiful. Absolutely stunning. You see how much they care for our departed companions. My bunny’s remains were placed in a beautiful cherry wood box, with her name plate, and a certificate of cremation. I was also given her last paw prints, which was a wonderful gift. Joe at All City was so kind throughout the process.
I highly recommend All City Pet Cremation for everyone who has lost their pet companion. I truly appreciate all they did for Buster.

I am so glad I found this company to take care my cat’s final business. I will honestly to say this place is reliable, professional and trustworthy and very efficient.
They came right away after I called them. Well, I live in the city, so for them to take an hour to come to my house is very understandable. Beside, it was 9:30pm at night. I got a call from them few days later notify me the ashes are ready. They had everything packed neatly and the place is very clean and respectful. Where they have my cat cremated and the cremation process both are very nice and impressive and professional as well. I am so happy my cat was handled by them. I have to say a Big Thank You to All City Pet Cremation surprised me with my cat’s paw print, it means so much to me, also a very nice memory I can hold on to.

Sometimes looking at these reviews you can’t help but be paranoid and think they’re sugar coated but I was proved wrong. I chose the place due to the reviews talking about how respectful the pick up was and how serious the job was taken.
On May 2^nd’ my baby girl, a Tuxedo DSH 14 yr old cat died. I was more than attached to her due to the way she listened and was out rock when the family needed it. She acted so much like a dog that… well, any dog lover knows how easy it is to get attached to a dog so just imagine that same love but with a cat.
I called and in 1 – 2 hours, she was picked up and the respect given to her body made me sure she was in good hands. The waiting was quick but to us god it felt like forever… We wanted her home.
My mother wanted the delivery to our home but due to us not deciding on an urn I went out to go collect her remains, the trip with the heat killed me but the location was nice, the prices for the cat urn and little marble one were lovely and it was just nice location and everything was taken on a professional approach and extremely appreciated. Then the paw print took my heart away, my baby’s last step; My family is extremely thankful of the care taken with everything and if we ever gained a strong connection with another, in the future to this degree, we’ll be sure to call again or refer to friend who love their furbabies.

Losing a beloved companion is an extremely heart wrenching experience. Our VERY special Dobby passed away unexpectedly exactly a week ago. The experience of watching his rapid decline, and then his passing was extremely traumatic. Unsure of what to do with his remains, my family began doing research for my fiancé and I, because we were completely grief stricken. My cousin stumbled upon All City Pet Cremation in an internet search, and I couldn’t be happier with the choice. Within hours of his passing, an extremely respectful and professional guy came to pick up his body, and even allowed me to say a last goodbye to my special buddy of the last ten years. They treated his remains with the utmost professionalism and respect. The ashes were ready exactly when they said that they would be. The urn that his ashes came in is absolutely beautiful, and the paw print was an unexpected, and very comforting surprise. They even included a condolence card, with a beautiful message. I can’t say enough WONDERFUL things about this company. They treat animals with the exact respect and compassion that grieving pet parents can only hope for.

Last week on 1÷15÷15 our family lost our beloved Shi-​Tzu of 15 years. We knew right away we weren’t going to discard him like he was garbage. Started searching and found all city… really we chose them because they were the closest to us but I’m glad that was how we made the decision because these people were very professional and compassionate to us. They picked up his remains and never disrespected him. When picked up his ashes they were nice also. The free paw print came unexpectedly. Maybe I just didn’t read what was all included in the receipt but I was to heart broken honestly to comprehend anything… not a day goes by that I don’t think about my little buddy and I’m glad we found a business that treated him with the respect that we did

I stand by everything in my first review. By way of update, PCNY sent me my dog’s paw print some weeks later – something they’d told me that they weren’t sure they’d be able to pull off with my dog’s remains, because they’d been cooled and maintained below freezing after her death until shortly before her remains were placed in PCNY’s care. I discuss the paw print’s relevance to my rating a few paragraphs below.
Even 2−½ months later, this is a difficult event to revisit in my memory. At the time, I was a classic basket case. Joe (in person) and John (by phone) treated both my dogs’ body and me with dignity. I don’t know if it’s a «guy» thing or just me, but I don’t like people noticing that I’ve been crying (or Heaven forbid see me do so), Neighbors and friends, no doubt with good intentions, asked around this time why my eyes looked this way, my face that way, or some similar question I didn’t want to deal with. Joe didn’t put me through any of that. He gave me the space and time I needed to pay my last respects.
It was all very professionally handled. Literally, the one thing I wish were done differently: waiving the fee for the paw print with a note of thanks for my (3÷23÷14) Unilocal review. I don’t know how long paw prints usually take, but I’d assumed at least a week before it arrived that it couldn’t be done for the reason John had told me they might not be able to. Whether the paw print sent to me is my dog’s (yeah it looks about right), the (slight?) delay in delivery and, more significantly, the note waiving the fee with inappropriate mention of my March Unilocal review leave me to forever wonder.
That said, my preliminary review had already been written, my 5-​star rating in place. While I considered revising it to 4, I decided no improper influence occurred, and I can both ethically and confidently stand by my March rating.
