What a great place for a quick dinner! Great diner food, courteous wait staff, and fun environment. You MUST try the corn nuggets! Yummy! The fried shrimp was great as well — especially if you dip them in a little bit of BBQ sauce. I loved the home made fries and green beans.

We love this place! The late 70s early 80s music was a great travel on memory lane. The outstanding service was busting with southern hospitality. My hubby had the big beefy burger and onion rings and enjoyed every savory bite of that huge thing! I had the fried pork chops and green tomatoes also fantastic and those hand cut fries were delish. The special sauce added a great addition for dipping.

Great food and even greater customer service. I grew up in Ozark and moved when I was just 13 to California. Every time I come back, this is a must stop. The food reminds me of the best home cooking I used to have. The fried pork chops are great and so are the homemade French fries.

Haven’t had a bad meal here yet. If you’re eating lunch here, make sure you get there at 11 to beat the crowd.

Love this place! Good home feel. Great food. Excellent homemade pies, turner overs, common rolls, shakes and malts! Super friendly family atmosphere.

Excellent breakfast! In our group we had eggs, Western omelet, biscuits, potato cakes, corned beef hash, pancakes, French toast and sausage. The biscuits were light, tall, fluffy and delicious. The potato cakes were well seasoned and left you wanting more. Cute 50’s style diner décor and friendly service. When the omelet is the weakest link you know you’ve struck breakfast restaurant gold.

This place was outstanding and a place I will go to next time I am in the area. People were SO nice and helpful. Cheeseburger was Better than Shake Shack and onion rings may be the best I ever had. Light and flavor fully breaded. Fresh out of the oven peach turnover with ice cream for dessert… Life is good after coming here.

Our Place never fails to serve up a great meal. I am gluten intolerant and they have several good selections including gluten free onion rings. A+ rating!

Warm friendly atmosphere with the owner walking around chatting with customers. Ah but the food… onion rings a must. Fresh homemade. Hamburger is home made and cooked to perfection. Perfect place to stop on your way or return from beach

Breakfast was good, not great. Service was good. We will probably be back to try the lunch items.

I don’t remember what night of the week we decided to stop in here, but it was packed. Upon walking in, our group of 3 was a little startled by the creepy mannequin standing right at the door, but otherwise, the inside is exactly what you’d expect of a small-​town, mom and pop (I can’t even say greasy spoon because it’s not really) diner. I have to say that I LOVE the minimal décor. It’s really obnoxious when 50s diners go overboard with the theme, and Our Place does it well.
The menu is fairly generic: breakfast items, burgers, sandwiches, etc. My husband and I split the biscuits and gravy and a shrimp po’boy. In my experience, these sort of places usually go for quantity over quality, and I did not find that to be the case here. The entrees were appropriately sized. The biscuits tasted like they were made from scratch, and the gravy was deliciously peppery. The shrimp in the po’boy were perfectly cooked, and I was pleasantly surprised that they weren’t deep fried. We also tried one of the onion rings that our friend got with his meal, and it was excellent!
Our server was attentive, the general atmosphere in here was very cheerful and pleasant, the food came out quickly, and our tab for 3 people was under $ 30. This was a truly great overall dining experience.

With wife on way back home. Old style 50ths burger place with good selection of food. Very busy and had to come back but worth the return. Service was outstanding. I had the country club and wife had special burger. If you like chili you will like theirs also try the onion rings (Outstanding)

So I went back today. And now I see why they have so many awesome reviews. The burger was delicious and so were the fries. The service — wow, what a great bunch of folks.
The waitress was attentive and she was just such a sweet person. She kept checking in on us and made sure everything was going great. I saw her and the other waitresses giving the other diners the same awesome service.
I will be back for sure!

Great for what it is. Pretty standard diner fare. The biscuits and gravy were great! Service is prompt, people are friendly.

Great burgers! We are very happy with our decision to stop here. Service was excellent and the owners were attentive and pleasant; would recommend to anyone. Restaurant was also very clean, which is rare for little diners, in our experience, so that was an added bonus, of course.
Our picky little eater was also very happy with her PB&J which makes our meal even better.

Great b&g, eggs were as ordered, sausage links were great and grits were good also. Everything was great along with service. Sherry was a great server/​waitress.

Was returning home from a funeral in Dothan, AL, and made the wise decision to stop at this classic diner. Great comfort food. The burgers were classic. Don’t overlook the fried dill pickles and the onion rings. As good as they come. The desserts looked great but had no room for any. The breakfast menu looked great. If you have a chance stop for an old-​time diner experience. The big plus is the really nice people who run the diner and work there.

Best Onion Rings I’ve ever eaten! I give these a five. The Sopapilla Cheesecake was very good. They specialize in Handmade Burgers, and Shakes. I give my Burger a four. Coffee was very good.
This location appears to have once been a gasoline service station.
Overall, I give ‘em a four.

Service was great, food good southern cooking. Country fried steak very good. Local dive with good food and very reasonable.
