McDonald’s

I was visiting family this past weekend and we to this McDonald’s twice. Very clean and updated. The food was great. Service was excellent. Forgot to fill out my survey but Bobby took our order and he was so professional and made the experience great. Thank you!

Great service at the drive through. Every employee was friendly and my order was correct and on-​time.

I will give an extra star because the service was pretty quick and the staff very friendly. However this place needs some work.
To start, the men’s restroom had a ton of flies. Yes it is a bathroom, and as far as appearances go, it looked pretty clean. But something needs to be done to remedy the fly issue. Perhaps more bothersome was the fact that the soap dispenses was completely empty. So I can guarantee the male employees had not been adequately washing hands.
The bathroom was the worst, but the fly issue also extended into the dining room.
I was somewhat concerned about my food because of the lack of soap. They also messed up the order in that we said to-​go and it was prepared for dine-​in. Not a major issue like the cleanliness/​fly issue, but still not thrilled with this McDonalds.
Convenient location right off 231 (or left depending on the direction your heading). There is a playzone for the kids, located outdoors. Friendly service, but keep the soap dispenser full so we don’t have to worry about dirty hands and please remedy the fly issue.
