Always before when I have ordered flowers or something from Hazel’s, everything has been well done, including communication to me.
This time, I ordered a fairly expensive arrangement to be delivered. I have never received a «thank you for your order» or «your order has been delivered» or anything to indicate that my business was appreciated. Disappointed.

Hazel’s is the best! I have been using their services for years now, everything from birthdays and get well arrangements to the center pieces for special events. The staff always takes the time to listen to what I would like and my budget. Thank you Hazel’s for providing amazing service and the best quality flowers!
