One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. «Phil» was the manager on duty, and was very reminiscent of the«soup nazi» on Seinfeld. Clearly not a believer in the motto–«the customer is always right»…in fact he appeared to live by the motto–«the customer is a dirty rotten dog, who cannot be trusted with a treasure so precious as my beloved rooms». Save your money– you’d do better at the local YMCA

Rooms were clean and all the staff was very nice. The breakfast is really sparse. Cereal, bagels, muffins, toast. pretty basic. They have waffles and milk but you have to ask the woman at the front desk for them. I don’t eat a ton for breakfast, so what they had was fine for me. The heater for the pool was not working our first day and it was ice cold. They had someone fix it right away and said it was fixed the next day, however it was still really cold so we just used the hot tub. Overall not a bad experience, and if I came to the area again I’d probably book with them.

I was in the area and needed a place to stay. I stopped in with no reservation, I’m pretty skeptical of «value hotels» but the one review on Unilocal was good so I decided to give it a shot and this was the one with the easiest access. For being a «value hotel»(cheap) it was decent. No complaints. It had all of the amenities typically expected, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blow dryer, tv, free wifi and continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was clean and the a/c worked good which was a plus because it was hot and humid at the time. The bathroom was really tiny, the sink was on the outside, but it was clean. The bed was comfortable and I’m very picky about beds b/c I have a bad back. The breakfast wasn’t much, just juice, coffee, dry cereal, fruit and some donuts, but I don’t typically eat breakfast so I was fine with just coffee. They did put an extra $ 100 hold on my credit card, over what the bill was but I’m expecting it to come off as soon as the transaction posts. I’ll update my review if there is an issue.
