State Bank of Long Island

State Bank of LI is similar in some ways to First National Bank of Long Island. They are both local banks that have competant staff. They are good for personal or business if you want to see people that know you and not show your ID every time you are there.

To me a bank is just a place to hold money until you spend it and their goal is to take as much of it from you in the form of fees etc.
State Bank of Long Island is a small bank in the scheme of things. With about 16 branches they are definitely not Chase, Capital One or Citibank. This to me is a good thing since you are more of a person and not just another cog.
The Bank itself in this location is simply gorgeous. In my town there are 3 – 4 banks and none of them can compare to this place in terms of cleanliness and appearance.
A nice looking place is fine but of no use if the workers are not helpful — again State Bank of L.I. rocks the competition. The tellers are outstanding and know their stuff. The manager is totally aware of what is going on — unlike some of the other banks in town.
Parking is in the rear and there is a drive through as well.
Definitely worth a try.
