So help me GOD where should I start.(I think I will grow about 3 strings of gray hair by the time I’m done writing this review). The check-out lines are ALWAYS long with 2 lines open. The lines move slow just like molasses. Actually, molasses moves quicker than these cashiers. They move like they are half dead or 85 years old. Does management care? Of course not. The toy shelves are ALWAYS empty and junky. Its just a big ball of clutter. Oh and please don’t get me started on the name badges, beyond tacky. Its a piece of copying paper with the associates name printed on it and then tucked into some cheap plastic name badge holder. I’m sure Kmart brings in enough revenue to have better name tags than that. Oh lord and the customer service line… unless you want to have an aneurysm for being frustrated just stay out of this K-Mart lol. I’m serious, it is beyond overwhelming when you step foot in that building. The security guard they have there is a joke, they couldn’t whoop a fly lol. Chile bye.

A lot of the people that work here simply don’t care. You can see it in their faces and the way they talk to customers(a lot of attitude and no customer service skills). Imagine Brenda from Scary Movie working at KMart. In their toy aisle all of their prices are shifted around. I thought one toy was $ 5 rather than $ 15. I accidentally purchased it and after the transaction was complete I told the cashier lady that it should have been $ 5. She said that I would have to stand in line for customer service. The lady at that counter looked like she hated her life and Kmart. It took like 30 min to even talk to her. Her price check was scanning it with her barcode scanner and repeating«it’s $ 15». She didn’t even offer to do a price check(why would I even be in that line, just for fun?). I pressed her that I saw a different price. She told some other lady to go look at it and she said, «yep $ 15». I had to see it for myself. Well the price to the product was over 3 feet away under a Disney product. All of their prices were effed up. I walked back in line and the customer service lady said I had to wait all over again for assistance. What the hell. She had major attitude. She should have been working«behind the scenes». After she processed the return with minimal interaction, I asked to see a manager. She said, «A person like a manager was coming named Tiffany». I sensed she was lying after 5 – 10 min I decided to call the store manager. It had a local number under a picture of him(not Tiffany by the way). I called him from my cell. No one answered and there was no voicemail. Apparently he doesn’t care either. This place is a joke. They didn’t even have walkie-talkies to do price checks. The place is a mess too, I found products without prices etc. I don’t care how good the prices are(they weren’t THAT good), I would rather go to a Target where they got their stuff together. I have seen thrift stores that were better organized than this place.

How would I described this store? Cluttered, messy, apathetic staff, and perpetually long lines. You can find some great deals if you actually can find what you’re looking for.

Very cluttered store. However, I was able to walk in through the mess to find the hat and gloves I needed.

First of all, this Kmart aint closed! Second, I just wanna say that Kmart is moving up in the world. Of course, it is a part of the Sears family of retailers… but seriously, they carry the cutest and best-priced line of clothing for kids called WonderKids. This line is really amazing. Quality + fashion for unvelievably little money. This is the 2nd year in a row they have thought up holiday dresses adorable enough for me to buy for my girls. And I’m a tough crowd. The kids’ clothes in this store kicks Old Navy’s ass next door, in my opinion.
