Totally agree with Jennifer, very nice hotel, very comfortable, good for a conference where they lock you in and you have to spend all your time there, but the location has got to be one of the bazaars places I’ve ever been in all my travels across United States.
I talked to some locals who work and live around here and they said about the location it’s great for them because there’s not a lot of shopping or restaurants except for this location. As an outsider it almost has a bizarre amusement park type feel with no amusement park. ??? Five or more hotels, 12 to 15 restaurants, open grassy area with a big screen TV???, boating dock and a big ferris wheel. The Italian, Thai, and Mexican restaurant are probably the best restaurants here all the others are pretty mediocre which is really strange I would think they’d all be the best. Check Unilocal on the reviews they’re pretty honest and pretty accurate, amazing how the restaurants don’t score well considering the location. Good place to come for a conference as a vacation I would never come here.

The Hotel lobby and atrium are spectacular! The rooms not worth the money! No disposable shower caps, no valet kit. A hotel full of kids and no microwaves in the rooms!!! hotel staff however was awesome. Probably will not stay here again, but the Shrek the Halls was very nice!
