Worst pharmacy ever. Always crowded the pharmacists are rude particularly the blonde one. Took me 45 minutes to get a prescription that was already filled. *Insert screaming emoji* never again!!!

I go to CVS Oxon Hill, MD. The cashier Carolyn always says hello and smiles with a line going all the way down the aisle Sometimes a manager might help sad. The last 4 times going in trying to get Revlon, Loreal any cosmetic product shelves empty? Half the items on sale have no signs, it’s very sad because Branch Ave is the same way. I work in VA go into those CVS they have help for the poor one cashier, stores clean, stocked especially Monday one day after the sale begins. Come on Oxon Hill and Branch Ave get managers or higher up who care about the store and its employees

The worse service ever! My husband dropped off a prescription and was told to return in an hour. When he returned, he was told that there was a backup and to return in 2 hours. When he returned, he was told to come back the next day. When he returned the next day, he was told that this medication was out of stock and no one knew when they would get the medication. We never received a phone call stating this. Then yesterday I dropped off a prescription for my husband at 7:00pm and was told to return in an hour 8:00. I returned at 8:30 and waited in a long line until 8:45 and was told that my prescription was not ready, but would be in 10 minutes. Well, I finally received my prescription at 9:20. Very frustrating. This is typical service for this pharmacy — very unprofessional and we only use it when we don’t have a choice.
