Beautiful location. Always have a great service when I go there. Salad bar is always clean and presentable. Pizza is delicious. If you ever can, a quick lunch is always great to order. Can’t go wrong with a small salad and small one serving pizza! 3 soda machines that have a HUGE variety of drinks. Last but not least, the amazing view you get of the Harbor!

Got a full pizza pie, it was okay. It was veggie and cost me $ 30! Wasn’t worth it. I won’t be going back unless that’s all that is open. Pizza Rev is better, you can get all the toppings you want, same price. Way too expensive for their quality.

This is a very busy, very popular place. I like the white wine. It was a combination of sauv Blanc and Chardonnay. I had the ravioli. I haven’t had ravioli in many many years but it was probably as good as any.

Loved it. First time at a Toppers. I hope the ones closer to home are as good! Maybe it was so delish after a day of sun and kayaking and because I was starving… Will try it again soon in Thousand Oaks. Yum.

Was visiting the town with my daughter. I’ve never had a pizza that I really didn’t want to eat … well this was that place. The pizza was not tasty, it was kinda gross … my daughter was especially turned off on it. I LOVE garlic, and got roasted garlic on it, and the garlic tasted gross. We had one piece and didn’t even take the rest with us. Salad bar was ok, everything seemed fairly fresh, but they give you a tiny bowl with no refills for $ 4 – 5. My daughter wanted some water, the only water they had was soda water. She tried a nother drink and that was not good either. I had an ice tea, and it was very weak and looked like muddy water. Sadly put a down note on a otherwise fantastic day. Will definitely NOT go back!

The pizza is some of the best I’ve had in a long long time. Kind of reminds me of Shakey’s back in the day. Nice thin crust and flavorful sauce. The salad bar has a nice variety of veggies and dressings. I’d give the place 5 stars if the staff was even a bit polite. I know good help is hard to find, but these twerps are lame.

If you’re a pizza fanatic, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t yet have your own opinion of this place. You need to eat here. If you like a good pizza then at least try the place. The pizza is totally on a different level. Honestly it is but so are the prices. The seating in my opinion is very limited. I think that because it numbers of people taking pizza to go versus people opting to dine in is highly tipped to people dining in. This is not some place you go to because you want to stuff yourself with pizza. If you want a lot of pizza then go to Little Caesars because if you try to buy a lot of pans of pizzas here, you wallet will burn quickly.

Came here for dinner a couple of weeks ago. I have been to the Toppers in Thousand Oaks many times and loved it, so I felt pretty safe going to the one in Oxnard. This was not exactly the case. It wasn’t busy and the service was fast. My daughter and I ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese and each had the salad bar. The salad bar was clean and well stocked. The pizza arrived and, to be honest, I was pretty disappointed. First, I ordered and paid for extra cheese. There was no extra cheese on this pizza. Second, the crust was barely done. Third, it was tasteless. It was as if they had put plain tomato sauce on the bottom with no seasoning whatsoever. I talked with someone that said they were the manager and complained. All they could say to me was that they were sorry, that they measure the cheese that they put on the pizza and it looked like extra cheese to them. Let’s just say I will not be going back to this place again.

First time on this Toppers. My first impression was that of a very clean place. The hostess was very happy to see us and welcoming. The menu was clear to read. I liked that she was very patient taking our order, my son kept changing his mind of toppings. The kids were happy with their cool and techie soda machines. So many choices :) We felt like we were in the jetson’s home haha The view is so nice(see photo). We got to see the harbor from our seats, so peaceful. The food arrived promptly. One of the pizza’s was missing one of the toppings(the one from my son who kept changing his mind) and we could have not noticed, but she(the server) informed us about it and told us another one was in the way free of charge. Sweet! We order the quick lunches that have the little pizzas with the side salads. Pretty filling.

Great Pizza at Caviar Prices. Fantastic employees in a nice clean setting. But I can’t give it five stars. It’s not the expensive pizza(which is fantastic and worth the price) it’s the numerous signs warning of a 1 trip Salad bar and then going into a demeaning explanation of what 1 trip is. I’m happy to abide by the one trip rule but you must not really respect your costumers much if you feel like it’s necessary to lecture them. This place is usually packed. If someone has some extra radishes I can’t imagine you’d do too bad. Plus why the warning that«your salad must fit into the bowl provided». Did someone once fill their sombrero with arugula? You do have fantastic dressing so maybe you need a strict policy to stop the illegal poaching of your ranch. I had Cowboys in my family so I feel you there. It’s also tad disappointing that you now have to pay 29 cents for a small cup of Jalapeños with a $ 17.00 Medium Vegetarian everything pizza. I assumed that Jalapeños were a vegetable. Who knew? Then make me walk back to the register and get back in line so I can add little spice to my pizza. That really left me bland about my experience. Happy to pay the 29 cents but seems like a Rube Goldberg process. Overall I enjoy the place and have been eating here over decade(started at the old location). I come here less now. Now Inrember why. On the upside takeout is still amazing.

Dear Toppers Pizza My family and I have been eating your pizza for almost 20 years. We have been fortunate enough to stay in the area long enough to see Toppers make it to water front real estate in the fine City of Oxnard. But there have been changes since then that have forced us to see other people for our pie. Here’s why. Your crust is not the same. Is chewy and gross now. You got stingy on the sauce. Heavy on the cheddar… When you start to change things people start to notice. We don’t like change when it comes to our pizza. You guys stopped coupons and fundraising in the area… Pizza man Dan is on the Harbor now… His pizza crust is now better than yours he has quick lunches too and he has coupons and supports local youth sports and schools. so shame on you Greedy Stingy Toppers, and God bless you Pizza man Dans!!! And they also take reservations for your parties and have the same soda machine as u toppers!!! Although they may never put you under I hope they put a fat dent in your numbers this quarter and beyond.

This is for the Oxnard location. We were in Oxnard for the day and really enjoyed our lunch at Toppers. Nice setting… TVs all around for the sports fanatics. Staff all around taking care of things — very friendly. Very cool automated soft drink dispenser… and the pizza was good. I had the salad & pizza lunch special… tomato, mushroom, and meatball. Why not 5 stars? The salad bowl was quite tiny. It would not cost them that much more to give a bigger bowl. It was about the size of the palm of my hand. The size of a standard cereal bowl would be better. :)

Toppers is the one place I look forward to when I come home from college. Never disappoints. This location is my favorite because of the beautiful view of the harbor and is very spacious. BEST. PIZZA. EVER. I have yet to try any other pizza place that is better than Toppers. The secret is their ranch. If you’ve never tried dipping your pizza in some ranch, you’ve been missing out on life. LOL, but seriously, try it, you won’t be disappointed. I always love coming here for lunch because of the Quick Lunch special. In between the hours of 11am to 3pm, you can get a personalized-sized, two topping pizza and a small salad for $ 7.13(with tax). What a deal!

If I could give Toppers a 4.5, I would. I think ultimately I just don’t feel comfortable giving a pizza place a 5, cause in my book it should be a fine dining experience that garners that kind of rating. That being said, as far as pizza places go, Toppers is aptly named. It really is the cream of the crop. My family and I have been coming to Oxnard for over 20 years now to get away, and in that time we have enjoyed a Friday night Toppers outing on just about every trip. We used to frequent Toppers back when it was in its old location, and I must say, the new space is a dramatic improvement. Located in prime realty next to the water, you can see the Toppers sign as you reach the peak of the bridge it sits next to – a veritable beacon of all things delicious. Right off the bat, they have their ordering down. Multiple lines means you are never waiting long. Their menu is chock-full of great pizzas, with just the right amount of yummy greasiness to keep you coming back for more. They also have a decent beer selection these days… that is if you dare not experience the fun that is their soda machines. There simply is nothing quite like a Vanilla Coke. But go wild — cherry coke? Why not. Raspberry Coke? Go for it. The possibilities at this drink dispenser from heaven are nearly endless. Great salad bar. If you are looking to keep your summer figure and still enjoy good food, I would start here. They have a delightful arrangement of vegetables, dressings, and all the other accoutrements your heart could desire. Though the gaming area is sizably reduced compared to their old location, the new duds more than make up for it with a spacious 2nd floor. The entire space is peppered with big TVs, enabling you to eat and watch sports as you see fit. Parking is easy, and we’ve never had any problems. And did I mention the view? Last, but certainly not least… Two words: Pizza Cookie. YES. Popularized by BJ’s, this decadent dessert treat is divine, and though they give you spoons for sharing, I suggest you not only save room, but save an entire pizza cookie pie for yourself. It’s that good.

I went here hoping to get some fast Italian food lunch with a good view. Boy was I disappointed. I think they’re trying to be a fast casual pizza place, but it comes off as a disorganized mess. As I walked in from the parking lot, there was a sign next to the door that said«take out» with an arrow pointing to the door and«dine in» with an arrow pointing to the sidewalk that went past the building. Having never been here before, I figured there must be a separate dine-in entrance on the other side of the building. Two employees were standing by the door, and as I started walking around the building one of them said«Where is she going?» and they both laughed. Sure enough, there was no entrance on the other side. I went back to the only door and the employees who would rather laugh at me than help me. They told me that all tables were seated by the host. I got put on the waitlist behind a group of people who had walked up as I was wandering around lost. They told me it would be a 15 – 20 minute wait. I almost walked away, but another employee popped his head out to announce there was a table for two. The group ahead of me was larger, so I got the table. The guy walked me upstairs and seated me at a table by the window. I’m giving an extra star for the view. I sat down and waited for someone to take my order. It was very loud and crowded. The same guy came back a few minutes later and told me that all orders are taken at the counter downstairs. Apparently this place has host seating but no servers. I stood in a long line to order some ravioli with meat sauce, and then in another long line to fill my drink. Then I went back to my table and waited a while for my food. The food itself was pretty disappointing. The ravioli was bland and soggy, as if it hadn’t been drained properly. I thought I had been given plain marinara sauce by mistake, but I eventually found some stray bits of sausage in the sauce. It wasn’t a lot of food for $ 8. If you’re looking for a quick, easy lunch around Channel Islands Harbor, look somewhere else.
