Toppers Pizza Place

We order delivery from this place. Paid over the phone with my card. When the delivery guy got here he wanted to make an imprint of my card to «hold on file» by rubbing a piece of paper over it. Are you kidding me! I wouldn’t let them do it so they took the pizza back. You already charged my card and got your money why the hell would you ever think I would let you keep a copy of my card? Apparently this is policy. Would have been nice to know before I wasted my time waiting for the delivery. Needless to say I will never order from here again.

When I worked in that area, this place was pretty much the default location for delivery to the plant, offsite meetings, hails-​and farewells, and other work-​related social functions. Pizza was always excellent, fulfilling, and satisfying, even if the meetings were not! Overall a very good place for that kind of stuff. For some reason I always felt kind of a singles-​bar vibe there, which was confirmed at least once, when a woman walked up to a co-​worker and made a high-​speed proposition to him, then and there… what a menu, indeed.

Pizza is high quality. Their jalapeño poppers are recommended. Only draw back is the place gets really crowded, no buffalo wings and they don’t have an all you can eat salad bar.

Channel Islands Toppers is the best! Beautiful ambiance overlooking the Marina and the pizza is always cooked perfectly with crispy crust and great toppings, hence Toppers! Can’t go wrong with the pepperoni, sausage and mushroom.

Real cheese on the pizza! Toppers has the best pizza in town and this toppers has the best view. The upstairs has large tables for groups. the location is actually very nice not just for a pizza place. It looks like it could be a nice steakhouse. It is definitely nice enough to take a date. It could also be nice enough for a reversal dinner for a wedding.
Pro: arcade, pizza cookies, jalapeño poppers, many many topping choices, waterfront location, super nice upstairs, good selection of draft beers, many kinds of soda (yay! vanilla coke).
con: pizza isn’t dirt cheap. but it is tons better than dominos.

BEST PIZZA EVER ! only place I’ll go to for pizza now their red sauce pizza amazing and the bbq chicken pizza amazing. Their sandwiches are good too. Don’t forget to get their ranch it’s like Crack lol soo good!!! Never disappointed!

Spent $ 27 tonight on a pizza and salad to go. As my daughter makes her $ 6.00 salad, fills her dressing cups, she decides to put 5 croutons in an extra cup. The freaking Nazi salad policewoman comes over and says in very broken English, «the cups are for dressing only»!! I said «she has 5 f**king croutons!!» The pizza is bomb but the salad police are RIDICULOUS!!! They watch you like a hawk and take your salad bowl off your table the second you are done. $ 6.00 for a ONE TRIP salad is just retarded! Pizza Man Dan’s, I may be returning!!!

I love their pizza. Best pizza in Ventura County. Good atmosphere for kids & adults. They have an arcade for the kids & tv’s for the adults. They serve beer & wine! 805 :)

This pizza, salad, ranch, and pizza cookie is like CRACK to me, and I will keep coming here regardless of any life circumstances LOL! I’ve been coming here since my parents would bring me as a kid, and I will bring my kids here too!
Try the Hawaiian Heat with BBQ sauce instead of the creamy garlic sauce. OHMYGAWD!
P. S. Of course they’re going to get ‘stingier’ with ranch cups and plates and ask you to request them up at the front! You have free loading people building free salads on the white plates! Have some class.

Chicken Dijon, Salad Bar & Modelo. Toppers locations throughout Ventura County are always bomb and a relaxed environment to go with your friends or family.

Best pizza and it blows round table pizza Out of the water. Salad bar is always clean and well stocked. I drive from Los Angeles just to feast on my large toppers pizza with red onions.

Who doesn’t love Toppers? This place always brings me back to my AYSO days. It is the perfect spot to celebrate your team’s victory, grab a small pizza/​salad for lunch, or to bring out of towners. I always order Hawaiian Heat, Carnitas, or Chicken Dijon Ranch, or Combo. Beer pitchers are small but the pizza makes up for it.

Ahhhh finally some good pizza. Came to visit family and I’m from Vegas. And let me say Toppers is the best.

Toppers is a local favorite among the people of Ventura County, myself included. I won’t say it’s the best because I haven’t tried all the pizzas out there, but Toppers has some damn good pizza. The sandwiches are good too.
Their pizza is not a particular style. It’s not New York, Chicago, Sicilian or Neapolitan. It’s straight up honest American pizza. Dough baked with cheese and whatever toppings you want piled on. That’s it. You can have them make a pizza with your choice of toppings or choose from their specialty pizzas which most are good, unique and creative. My personal favorite is the «BCT» (bacon, chicken, tomato). Bacon pieces on a pizza is slightly underrated.
The salad bar alone might single handedly be the greatest thing Topper’s has to offer. It really is complete with a wide variety of fresh veggies. The ranch dressing here is crack. I hear they make their own in-​house and it’s not Hidden Valley tasting either.

Good but not great. It doesnt taste as good as it used to. Overpriced for what you get. Can not stand the old lady salad bar nazis that follow u shoulder to shoulder and stare at all u do. Makes it very uncomfortable. If you want good pizza and get what you pay for them try uptown pizza in old oxnard outlets! Now thats pizza! toppers makes u go broke and everyone always has an upset stomache after! Besides the rude old ladies the salad bar is the best part!

Placed an order since I am a «first time buyer» an imprint of my card is «required» in the state of ca that is against the law will not be ordering here again… Guess the customer is never right with them

5 stars for the Jalepeno Carnitas Pizza which is the best pizza I have had. Every bite is bursting with flavors punching you in the face telling you «eat more of mee» and then you do!
Prices are more expensive than your typical pizza joint such as pizza hut or papa johns but it’s so worth it! The other down side is that all the toppers in this area does not deliver to Saticoy so we always have to drive out for Toppers if we’re craving it.
No garlic knots here but they do have a salad bar for those of you healthy conscious people who don’t want to succumb to the addictive mouth-​watering carnitas pizza!

Toppers pizza is a good delivery pizza better than other delivery pizza.
They are consistent with there pizza and you can count on them to be tasty.
The crust is crispy.
The cheese is fresh.
The delivery time is reasonable.
The drivers are professional and polite.

I’m writing this as I lay in a mild food coma so I apologize in advance. Here in fabulous Oxnard for business and I’m flying out bright and early at 8 having to be up at 5. Who wants to go out prior to that? So I took the advice of the hotel worker and called up Toppers.
I ordered a medium garlic chicken mushroom something (food coma) with bacon. Girl who took my order said about 45 minutes. 25 minutes later, dude shows up with my crack in a box.
First, it looked amazing!!! I tasted it and almost died. It was phenomenal. Even as a medium, I could only slay half of this beast. The toppings were piled to the top of the box. I took my time. Laid out on the couch and could muster a final slice of heavenly pizza down my gullet.
Flying back to Miami, I’m a little bummed I’ve yet to find pizza there that can TOP Topper (food coma).
Delivery dude was cool too. Not the normal 18 year old in a Sentra being a tool. Dude was chill and chatted for a few. I’m definitely hitting this place up next time I’m in Oxnard.
