Time Warner Cable

Time Warner is absolutely the most pathetic TV service and customer service imaginable. It’s the only option I have, but if you have a choice — go elsewhere!
Equipment is horrible, digitized pictures, service failures etc, and try to call and you will quickly learn how terrible the labor pool is — the idiots work at Time Warner.
Expect to be on the phone fighting arbitrary rate increases every 6 months, even if you have a year plan — this month was 27% — you will get run around in circles, then «oh, I have a different plan for you» This must be were the people that cant make it as used car salesmen go. 10+ years with Tome Warner — 103 calls for poor service.

If you have a choice to go with a different provider you better go with that one. Time Warner has been a thorn on my side since I moved to Oxnard. First experience I had with them I called and scheduled an appointment for them to get me set up, they gave me a day so it was in the morning time. I took the first half of the day off of work. The appointment time passes so I called, they told me the guy came but no one was home, that was a lie I was in the living room all morning, then they said they would send him back out, so I took the rest of the day off. Again the technician never showed, I called back and the same technician that said I was not home said he couldn’t find my apartment. I ended up calling Verizon. Now I’m at a complex that only has time Warner and everyday between 6:30pm and 7:30pm until midnight my internet shuts off and comes back on. I would switch but I’m leaving this comes now so I’m just going to have to deal with it until I move far away from the Time Warner zone!

It’s not like anyone ever wants to go to a time warner store front, it’s cause you have to out of necessity. We all have that necessity, and out of that, it breeds long lines. Everyone here has always been super nice and helpful. I come here when I need to, but I prefer to go to ventura.
