Sail R Escape

If you ever considered doing something fun and exciting, love the ocean here is the perfect adventure sailing! Thats right Sail R Escape located in the Channel Island harbor is one of the best sailing escapes ever. My Co workers and I reserved an adventure with Capt. Rob and his Admiral Michelle on a 3 hour tour. Let me say these two are the most fun people ever. You will enjoy the escape of reality and realize how much we really need that get away. I would recommend this adventure to anyone. Thank you again Captain and Admiral. See you soon!

Rob and Michelle are amazing. I took my husband for his 55^th B day for a surprise cruise. It was spectacular. Oxnard is a great, low key place to charter out of. And, Rob and Michelle are so much fun to be with and incredibly accommodating. It’s clear they love what they do! I’m already planning future trips aboard Rescape!

I tend to get seasick, can’t swim that well and was recovering from a recent knee surgery when I went sailing on R Escape on January 19. 2013.
Rob, Michelle and Rupe, their sweetheart dog immediately put me at ease once I stepped foot onto their sailboat, R Escape. I was welcomed, safely seated with a life vest and handed salty snacks and ginger ale, just in case that nauseous feeling would come over me.
Rob steered the vessel while Michelle, The First Mate, navigated her way around the deck with grace and ease, working lines and looking for things for us to see in the ocean. Suddenly she spotted whales. We sailed closer to them to get a better look. I counted three whales and maybe 15 dolphins swimming around us. I was not one bit seasick and so relaxed with this amazing team of sailors.
Thank You Rob, Michelle and Rupe! I can’t wait to return and have another sail sometime soon. I highly recommend R Escape for anyone wanting an adventure and escape. The splendor of the sea awaits you…
