Excellent. .The Best in Ventura County.
Dr Hanna was amazing, he is very gentle and took his time to explain Botox and other services.
I have been to other doctors for Botox and they are in a rush, and leave me bruised.
The staff are all very professional, knowledge and Courteous.
I highly recommend Dr. Hanna.

I came here a couple years back for my severe acne. I started the Genesis laser treatment like they suggested. I payed for all 5 treatment like they said I need to see results. I only got to do 2 treatments but I was seeing good results so far. I became pregnant so I wasn’t able to continue. after my face cleared up wasn’t sure because of the laser or the pregnancy. Either way I’m glad I got the laser done helped a lot! I haven’t been here in 2 years but i will be returning :)

I’m in love with this place. Tammy and Crystal are so warm and welcoming. The spa is super clean and classy. Crystal clearly loves her profession, answers all my questions, and makes me feel super comfortable. I actually look forward to my appointments :)

I would have to say that this establishment is pretty similar to others in the area. There wasnt anything that this Medspa did to make me feel they were any different from their competitors. Although the girl that helped me was nice, it didn’t seem like she new alot of details about the different services they offered. I guess it helps me that I worked in a very renown medspa from the Bay Area for 5 years… Because I can ask the right questions when going to a new place and see if their workers know what they offer. Kinda wish they were running better promotions since these services tend to get expensive.
Location is good, ESP it being next to a hospital in case anything goes wrong.
Huge and probably only plus.

I love La Nouvelle! I started with a Valentine’s Day peel and I’ve already been back for a microdermabrasion. The staff is great and knowledgeable plus the prices are great. I’ve seen Crystal twice and she is amazing!

Up until about 2 years ago, I had really severe acne. I saw a few dermatologists before I started coming here and they all prescribed me benzoyl peroxide cream for my face. Worst mistake I’ve ever made. The cream made me break out even more and it got to a point where I didn’t even want to step outside my house. I found this clinic through a friend and I’ve been getting the laser treatment Genesis, which has really helped my skin. The laser has really helped shrink my pores, fade my scars, and calm the acne down to very minimal breakouts. Although it is kind of pricey, I’m willing to put in the investment for my skin.
