Please do not go there I took my ring and they said they would have it ready within a wee, all I wanted was to size it down, I dropped it off on 3÷7÷2015 then I went to check on it 3÷22÷2015 nothing then I went on 3÷30÷2015 picked it up and it was wrong so I took it back on 3÷31÷2015 and had to wait again so I checked on it on 4÷9÷2015 not ready went by again on 4÷14÷2015, then he said he wanted to charge me again because this was to much work I told him I paid you for the job and you didn’t do it so I am not paying again, that day I went by myself and Gonzalo the manager and the lady that works there were just speaking Spanish back and forth laughing about me, because looked like I didn’t understand but I understood they wanted to charge me again, so then my wife said lets just go pick up your ring which was 4÷16÷2015, so my wife and son and myself went in and they were not laughing no more so they gave me the ring and didn’t charge me again, so I advise anyone not to go there, they do a horrible job. I don’t even want to even give them one star.

Do not take your jewelry here! I also wouldn’t even give this «jeweler» a star. My Grandmother took her beautiful ring that she’s had for 30 years and the owner LOST it! How irresponsible can you be? To make matters worse, he kept telling her it was safe and she kept having to go back. Take my advice: STAY AWAY!

Took a nice ring from Iran, asked if they can resize.
Woman said, I’m sure we can I’ll call you tomorrow… Never called.
Five days later we called.
We went in, rude no greeting.
Sat there slouched over counting money.
Finally greeted us.
Picked up a broken, ruined ring, wrong size which fell apart that day.
Can you say «out of business» ?
No wonder its empty in there.
All they had to say was «sorry we can’t do it» I’d understand.
Instead of experimenting in this rare ring.
Totally disappointed. They do not deserve not even ONE star at all.
