When I first called your wife couldn’t find it under their names, but instead found it under my name. So it was in my name, the file WASINMYNAME when I had called. take your iphone and take a nice high quality picture and send it to me. Also, I didn’t wait a year, as I detailed, I called you guys in the end of janurary, over a month away from the year warranty. Your guy inspected it on feburary 7, and said it was a defective unit, and had me send him the numbers on the plate. And what is this data plate on the motor? the only Date listed on the motor is 11/27/2012. That is the manufacture date. The manufacturer doesn’t know when the product is installed. They wouldn’t put a date on when the product was installed. the bottom line is, the product was put in my name, Sherry found it in my name. The product was installed march 2013. I called you in janurary 2014, and your guy stated that it was defective on feburary 7th. That ISNOT A YEAR, it is 11 months from the time your guy said it was defective. please message me or tell me the contact person you spoke with and the number you called for the warranty so I can call them as well. 3 hours late!!! I had to call THEM to find out when they’d actually come. Stuff happens, but if they cared about customer service the would have kept me informed. They said they would be here at 8:30, then at 8:30 they called saying they would be an hour late. Then 2 hours later, I CALLEDTHEM to find out why no one had shown and was told they had a flat tire! Really?!? It takes professional repairmen 3 hours to change a tire? I smell BS. Then they leave for lunch within the 1st hour! UPDATE: In response to the owner’s comment; Why don’t they change their policy to call the customer and inform them? Why are they going to be obnoxious and give windows of time instead of just having the person in the office give a quick call to the customer? I guess logic isn’t on their side. As I customer, if they had just informed me I would have been much happier. Stuff goes wrong, I get it. I’ve had bad days, but I would never be 3 hours late to work without calling my boss to let him know what’s going on when to realistically expect me. I could have used the 3 hours to get work done, not sit around waiting for them.

Fraud! They did the work as described. I was trusting enough to give them my credit card number over the phone. They told me they were charging me $ 380. When the bill came, I discovered that they charged me $ 452. Now their phone is disconnected. I’m stuck.
