I, like a lot of people, grew up experiencing Dairy Queen as a kid, at least for ice cream on occasions. This DQ has all the usual menu items but my favorites from here are the smoothies. The orange julius in particular is my all time «old school» favorite.

When I entered, the place was empty. Ordered a peanut buster parfait. Guy comes in behind me and wants a cake. The gal takes care of him, including adding a name on the cake… while I stand & wait. WTF!!! Where’d u learn customer service skills. No sorry, nothing. Makes my parfait and hands it to me like nothing happened. Clueless. Won’t be back here again.

I was horrified by the manger on duty! There was a trainee on the job, she was struggling tying to learn the register, I was the ONLY customer in the whole store! It took the girl ten minutes to get the order in the register, and instead of helping the trainee out the manger walked away! Top it off my order was incorrect and the food quality horrid! I don’t blame the trainee as she was new but the manger on duty should be replaced!

Wonderful place to go to if you are in the mood for some ice cream. In fact, I love the ice cream at Dairy Queen MUCH MORE than the ones served at Foster’s Freeze. Not only does Dairy Queen have more selection of ice cream, but you get more ice cream at this location at a cheaper price than Foster’s Freeze. I am now sold on this place now. The staff was pretty nice the couple of times I have been here.

Customer service on the pm shift was awful and I felt sick after a vanilla cone? I seriously question whether this particular location is up to code on health. The place is tiny and shouldn’t be hard to clean and yet, I felt like it felt I could almost see the shoddy wipe downs.

I came in here last night to order some chicken tenders as I find them to be delicious and the cashier was being incredibly rude to me. I get why someone would be a little sassy if I would’ve came in before closing but It was only 8:30. I saw her name and saw that she was the shift leader too. Completely immature. She was taking out the trash when I came in and when she saw me she stared slamming the trash can door and pushing in the chairs with a lot of force. Her attitude didn’t stop when I ordered. II was also her ONLY customer. The manager needs to learn to hire more friendly staff because every time I go in their the employees seem to hate their job.

Would give no stars if it was an option to write a review. Spontaneously stopped by Dairy Queen get my sons birthday cake since today is his actual birthday though we are not celebrating until this weekend. The girl there could not have been more rude. I asked what flavor the cake was since they were not listed. She rolled her eyes n told me the flavor. I went back to look for another flavor and came back asking her how can I tell what flavors they are. She rudely told me the ones without the stickers are this flavor n the rest are labeled. Ouch. Sorry I asked… then she rang me up n threw me the slip n said «sign». Ok. After I signed she just walked away while the other girl wrote on the cake. Well honey, if u truly hate your job n hate any customer related questions, it’s about time to look for another job where there are no customers to bother you. I tried to glance for her name but couldn’t catch it… obviously showing the time of day she gave me

Number 1. The DQ blizzard cake is in real. I feel like I should not be telling, but seriously though, I am gonna beach for another one for my sons birthday, so don’t go raising the prices. For a nice round one it was $ 25 and let me tell you, it was on point. Cookies and cream blizzard ice cream cake is the way to go for a ice cream lover, Oreo lover or blizzard lover’s birthday. My only regret is the I haven’t bought one before this past weekend. I feel like this is a unique instant hit at any birthday. It’s delightfully unexpected and puts a twist on a classic coupling of cake and ice cream cutting out the middle man and putting it all together for your mouth to enjoy. Thank you DQ

Limited menu when compared to DQ’s in Texas. I tried the bar b que on a bun sandwich which tasted more like a Sloppy Joe. The dessert side of the menu looked very familiar to the DQ’s back home. The girl behind the counter was courteous, but the only one working at the time. Order took some time, but not much longer than normal.

Banana splits are great the girls do a great job doing them. They have great attitudes and are pretty friendly ! Four bucks for a banana split is a good deal better than paying 7 at baskin Robbins !
