Robert Stempler represented me against a predatory collection /​attorney company who took me to court.
They actually lied about when and how they served me and when the judgement would be issued. Mr. Stempler sprang into action quickly — and so not only did he fight my legal battle, but this took a huge load off my mind.
He was able to get the company to settle for less than the lawsuit amount and while I’m sure he can’t do this for everyone he was very successful in my battle. And make no mistake the collection agency and attorney combos are in a WAR with you and will use ANY tactic to trip you up.
The sooner you talk to Mr. Stempler, the better off you will be! Don’t try to negotiation with them or you might back yourself into a corner. Robert is fair and reasonable, although he can be very matter of fact and a man of few words; do NOT let that fool you!
